carbs honey deli ham

I like to do like , deli ham, and I make it with a grilled cheese, like , grilled hame and cheese. Its sooooo good to me.

I get deli meat cut every week for hubby lunch and I pack a lunch too I've only had sandwiches like 2 or 3 times I just had a mild panic attack over this lol

This is actually a fairly new risk bc with my first I ate LOTS of deli ham and wad never told anything about it. But I always heat it now bc better safe than sorry.

You'll be fine I was really worried too but subway meat isn't deli meat it's all pre cooked. Stay away from fresh cut deli meat at your grocery stores. And always toast your sandwiches to be safe! If you buy packaged meat I ususally go for the ones that say honey roasted or stuff like that and no cheap brands!

Lunch meat is fine it's deli meat you have to watch for, I read the same thing and refused to eat a ham sandwich my mom made me and she looked at me like I was completely crazy and explained the deli meat.

) I heard that deli meats like ham are a big no no same as soft cheeses and soft serve ice cream.

So I've heard mixed answers about eating ham and deli meats. I know there's risks but my god I am craving a huge deli sandwich so badly and I don't know what I should do. I miss my ham! Any opinions?

So am 14 weeks and my doctor said to stay away from cold cuts and I really really want a sandwich.....will one really hurt me or the baby or will we be ok????????

They say deli ham bc its unsanitary and they mixed other stuff on there and u can get salmanela or a bacteria

Ahhhhhh I absolutely love turkey and ham sandwiches and my Dr told me not to eat them too :'( he said so u don't get listeria. I crave them soooooo much and eat them every once in a while. Before he told me not to eat them I had a turkey sandwich every other day. I'm trying not to eat them now. He said if u heat up the meat then that is OK, but I want the turkey cold!! :( I'm 14 wks and this is gonna b a LONG pregnancy!!!

I eat sandwiches. Smoked ham. Or honey ham. But don't eat it all the time. Or il have a lunchable that have ham or turkey in it. This my second pregnancy. And I ate it with my first too just not the lunchables lol and she was perfectly healthy.

How do you eat less carbs for breakfast? I can't seem to get away from bad carbs at breakfast.

I burped and I swear I tasted honey wheat bread, ham, mild cheddar cheese off the block, miracle whip and tomato! It was awesome! LOL.... I know i cant eat bologna and uncooked sushi but can i have smoked ham from the deli section? Ive been eating it lately along with mustard because it has become a huge craving. Someone please tell me yes.

I was told the pre-packaged deli meats are OK. Listeria grows in the deli - so you should not eat ANYTHING from the deli cabinets at the grocery store. Since the meat is pre-packaged there isn't a risk of listeria.

I love cousins subs and since being pregnant I crave it constantly. I recently read that it isn't good to eat cold cuts or deli meat while pregnant because of risk of a bacteria. I ate deli meat with prior pregnancies and my kids are fine and pregnancy went well but knowing this I don't want to risk Amy harm to him. I did read that if you eat deli cold cuts pregnant you have to hear them up to kill any bacteria that could be present. Any feedback?
