Also a lot of cereals like honey bunches of oats have plenty of fiber. Start paying attention to the fiber on the nutrition label. You will have no choice but to go then.

Reduce the amount of fruit you are eating or find a type of fruit that it lower in carbs. Also, how many carbs are you trying to stick to? I believe anything under 100grams a day will help you burn fat, under 200 is good for maintenance. It's very easy to stick to under 100g a day if you aren't eating grains and loads of fruit.

It seemed to be the only thing I could keep down or that even tasted good. Now it's cereal, any kind of special k or honey bunches of oats, and chocolate chip cookies.

Avatar f tn Did this person tell you to cut all carbs, or just simple carbs? Vegetables are carbs. Fruit are carbs. Whole grains are carbs. Beans are a combination of protein and carbs. I think what most would advise is to avoid white flour, bagels, sweets, anything that turns to sugar quickly in your system. That's why you're craving sugar -- carbs are necessary for energy, and sugar is quick energy but also stores as fat if not burned immediately. Same with processed carbs.

Avatar n tn I don't like anything but honey bunches of oats andcred grapes. I can eat about 5 bites of everything else. Meat is a huge turn off. I'm 15 weeks. Been losing weight and am not showing. I have an inverted uterus so that might be what it is. The Drs i saw a few weeks ago did not seem concerned. But I crave candy to. All kinds. Everything sweet. I'm not usually a sets person. I'd take a baked potatoe over ice cream any day.
Avatar f tn I eat a bowl oh whole grain honey bunches of oats with vanilla clusters every morning and it helped me not be constipated. I battled with it for all of my 2nd trimester and up until about 2 weeks ago and I'm 30 weeks. It took a week to completely work but I felt relief after 2 days.
