I have been craving Alfredo too! I have been on that kick lately.
I mixed leftover noodles Alfredo sauce and a can of tuna.
You can eat seafood that has low levels if mercury like salmon, tilapia, shrimp, tuna (canned light), cod, and catfish.It has some of the nutrients that our bodies need right now. Just make sure it's fully cooked. A pasta with shrimp, veggies & alfredo sauce would be perfect!

Cornish game hens and rice yummy my hubby is cooking it for me. It is my first time trying it but it smells so good.
Chili and Macaroni casserole ( make chili or white chili, just thicker and put macaroni in it) chicken parmesan Alfredo (i make my own Alfredo sauce with heavy whipping cream, butter, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese either shredded or powder), spaghetti bake, i buy the mini pie crusts nd do mini chicken pot pies because they are quicker to heat. There is sooo much you can do.
( so for my husband I made beef meat with rice and beans and a tomatillo avocado sauce he is very traditional and has to has his meat and 2 sides lol so had to make something separately for my hard working man!!
