I have suspected I am Pre-meno. I am 40 and am currently taking Femerest, which has CLA. Does anyone have any suggestions? I eat fairly normal, as much veggies as possible, lots of salads, protein, low fat/carb. Drink lots of water/fluids. I get very Little exercise. Is it my age? Please help as I am at MY WITTS end here.

Are there any exercises I should be doing to focus on burning fat in my abdominal area? I just started taking CLA (Conjugated linoleic acid) as it is said to increase metabolism and burn fat specifically in that area.
