so i decided to give rest my leg by avoiding running and play for few days and i do so for more the one weak and weared 3 socks in that my right leg. after that i feel better and then play again at that 1st day (19-Feb-2009) i was feel better in playing but during the play i hurt by my opponent player at my leg and i suffer more pain. this pain is in my " Proneus longus and brevis" and now i cant walk properly and in rest position. i used a medicen Skelgesic (Tizanidine).
