Hello, I play football in highschool, and have been playing football for 5 years now. My problem is, even though ive been working out for 5 years, I am extremelly out of shape. I have increased my stamina ever so slightlly over these years. I am barelley over wieght, yet I still am in the back, running with the 300 pound guys. I am even active outside of football practice, playing football with my freinds, and walking around my block often.

So whenever football is on or he's playing a video game I leave or find something productive to do! We also have a 3 year old so I'm occupied a lot anyway. I feel your pain though girl!
Hello, Im 17 years old, almost 18 and when i was 14 i had broken my tibia and fibula in a football game and gotten a titanium rod placed in my tibia. i left it in following the doctors advice and ever since then i have had really bad leg pain and shin splints whenever i would run, sometimes even walk. i play running back and im starting to limp when i sprint and its making me quite slow. the pain is bad. If i were to get the rod removed would this pain most likely go away?
My 13 year old is doing great, He is a star football player at school, lots of friends, really outgoing and funny. My 11 year old used to be very active in sports. He played travel basketball and had a great time.He is on the principles list at school.He wanted to give football a try and he had the worst experience ever. It was horrible, Terrible coaching, He ended the season feeling like a complete loser and never wants to play football again which is perfectly fine with me.

i am not able to bent my leg outwards because of the previous injury.so i am not able to play football because while hitting a shot the leg has to bend slightly outwards and then it hurts a lot.

I was in a half cast, basically on the back of my leg and below the foot for a touch over a week, so I was unable to move my ankle and leg and was on crutches. Then 2 days ago I went to the outpatients department and the doc took the cast off me and told me to start walking on it with the aid of crutches as it isn't the weight bearing bone.
He said that the bone will heal by itself without the cast and even with me putting a bit of pressure on it.
