Then I would book a trip with my girlfriends and go on vacation. I would also call up some old friends and go to dinner or go out. I made sure I kept myself distracted all the time. At some point you find yourself in a much better place.
And one day, you will wake up and find that your heart aches less. And each day will get better. But you have to work at it otherwise you will just keep hurting. I know it doesn't help- but just about everyone has gone through this in their life--and sooner or later it gets better- and you feel you learned something from it. Meanwhile- just don't let your brain and heart work together to bring you down. Get busy--and eventually you will forget about the pain- and find someone else.

9 weeks back I had sex with unknown status and the condom broke and I panicked and went to the doctor after 48hrs where he recommended PEP. I was on PEP for 28 days. At 8 weeks I have an ELISA test and HIV PCR and both tests came negative, and I found out that the guy is HIV positive after he got tested in my presence with an ELISA test.
Is the result of both tests conclusive, because my doctor told me I do not need a follow up, PCR can detect HIV in early stage.
I mean he's been with other women before me, and he doesn't feel that way any longer. He keeps telling me he doesn't want to lose me over what he did during that break up, and that the only reason we'll break up is if I break up with him. He wants to stay for the long run.

I had an emergency c section in September 2013 and having another in august the advice I was given is get up and moving as soon as possible even if it hurts as it speeds up recovery I was up that night walking I was sore until my staples came out a week later then my husband spent the next 5 weeks reminding me I wasn't allowed to be doing things.
Being attracted to other people is not something to break up over. Have you never looked at another guy while in a relationship? The point is that he's not acting on these things. I know one thing that helps my husband I is talking about our fantisies or attractions. The hubs has a weird thing for redheads so once in a while I'll buy a box of washout hair dye to surprise him. The point is give him some slack he's normal, it doesn't mean he's cheating or will cheat.
