The quickest way to get over a break up is to make sure you have zero contact with that individual. That means, no looking at their photos, reading their letters/emails/texts that you've saved, no trips down memory lane of all the fond memories you shared. Do you best to avoid that person and not run into them or be at places you know they are going to be. Once you've done that, start spending time with friends, or make new ones. Get yourself out there and start dating casually.
i agree on working towards a marriage. and in saying that, do you want your partner to push you away if you were married? if you were married you are together thru THICK AND THIN no matter what. and its not right to push the other partner away because of having surgery and your feeling differnet emotions etc. i understand if she feels a lot of different ways and feeling guilty or sad or whatever BUT she needs to TELL you exactly what she's feeling so that you can work thru it TOGETHER.
that totally sux hun soo sorry!!! for my first break up I dealt with it by going out with some else im still.with him 5years later but that's how I dealt with it!..the pain doez go away!!! ohhh and yes dont stress out it does cause harm to the baby my doc who is a specialist said mind is very powerfull and stress can cause you to lose the baby. my best friend lost her bf in a car accident she was 23weeks and she lost the baby.
Well my girlfriend and I had been together for 2 years when it happened. We met online and had wonderful time together. I love her more than anything. Yet I can be stupid sometimes. We had initally broken up 6 months ago. She felt I wasnt motivated enough and felt as though she was in a rut. I changed myself because I wanted to be more motivated and I was. When she took me back we were happier than ever. Everything seriously was great.
Well since iv been on MH iv noticed that a lot o you guys just love your music. Is there any songs or bands that helped you throgh your W/DS here,s mine. You don't need to be married to have sex.
s ok to cry and grieve and even want you pass back, but keep remembering the reason you broke up with him. Make changes to your routine, start walking, running, go pamper yourself in a hair salon (that always work for me!!!). It ok to feel the sadness and loss, but start by surrounding yourself with good friends, family, do thinks that are possitive in your life and you will very slowly feel better...step by step. DO NOT fall in temptation to call him, text him or communicate with him in anyway.
