No discoloration, no pain, just the constant need to pee!! I did go see my OB yesterday and they are unconcerned about kidney stones, uti, bladder or kidney infection and just sent me back to work. But I seriously cannot do anything because all I do is squirm in my seat constantly from the continued horrifying discomfort of constantly feeling like I am about to pee on myself. Even when going to the bathroom! I get no relief and cannot even sleep at this point. Help! What can I do?

I have a bladder infection. Yes, I am on antibiotics. My questions are, can I take cranberry pills that also have vitamin C in them? And also can I drink Kefir with probiotics in it while I'm on the antibiotic?I'm trying to keep my body in balance while the antibiotics are working. I've also read that a mixture of water, vinegar and honey may help. But I'm wondering if the vinegar might be too acidic and irritate my bladder even more. Please give me your thoughts on all of this.

I have been struggling with a bladder issues for some time and kind of like MS no one has been quick to diagnose the problem or give me any solution that works. Sometimes my bladder will feel so stressed I can barely stand it. I get the sensation of itching to the point of pain (and I don't mean inside my urinary tract). It seems like it is being agitated on the outside of my bladder and then I can barely urinate. When I do it is hard to start and slow urination.

Resently Doctor decided to take Urine test and found bladder infection and gave me CIPRO as an antibiotic. I feel rush under my ribs and pain in the back (right side). Do you think that this infection can cause that? I am still taking this CIPRO things and hope that this'll help. Do you know if lymph nodes can case pain or infection could go up from bladder and affect other areas? Please help!

I'd call the Dr. Sounds like a UTI. Verrrry common during pregnancy because of the extra weight on the bladder your body cannot always properly empty the bladder, leading to infection. I'd call...no reason to suffer. Until you call though cranberry juice has been known to help with UTI issues...wouldn't recommend anything OCT though.

t have health insurance due to this pre-existing condition, I drank a ton of water and took OTC bladder relief pills (similar to urimax). This morning, I woke up with a lot of pain. I felt like my bladder was painfully too full and immediately had to use the restroom. I spent the next 2 hours in the restroom urinating fire. HI all I had quite a few responses to my issues with my bladder infection. I've been on the medicine Keflex for three days now and start my 4th day this morning. I am still in a lot of pain And my left side by my ribs hurts And is sensitive And it still Burns when I urinate. Should be feeling a little better? 5 days later he had prostrate problems and ended up leaving the hospital with a catheter. He ended up with an infection and after taking proscar and flowmax for 5 months (and using the single use catheter) he went in for an opening of the urethra. He since has had recurrent bladder infections, terrible gas and bloating. He is still on nitrofurantion (2 pills a day for 5 days) one pill a day for 30. He has no relief. He is up every night with terrible pains.

This started as a UTI infection the Urologist stated but now I have none and stated my bladder is just spasming out. They tried to put me on Tovias but no relief does not work. It could be a urinary tract infection. This needs to be treated before it turns into a kidney or bladder infection. You can drink more (lots more), use something like Ural which neutralises the urine to stop it burning, drink cranberry juice or cranberry tablets. But if you are getting no relief within a short time of doing these things you probably need to go and see a doctor.

I just stopped taking the antibiotic 3 days ago. my undiagnosed neurological was active but stable up to the point of the bladder infection. now I seem to be having more old sx returning or getting worse. is this a flare? should I tell my PCP now or should I wait? I could not swallow,my eyes were blur,my speech was off a d had the worst back pain ever i could not walk and when i tryed to walk i was walking into wall.And to top it off i had another bladder infection that the doctor could not fine the right meds to fight the infection.Has anyone had this problem? My doctor just tells me to lay on my left side, continue to drink water, and make sure your bladder is contiously emptied. I know it doesnt help much but between that and breathing through them they get a little more bearable. If they keep happening though you should go in. Last time I got them I was able to stop them eventually but if you start to panic and forget the breathing part they can seem more intense. Good luck!

I'm a 24 year old female and for about 3 years now, I've had a bladder problem. I feel the need to go every second of every day with absolutely no relief. I went to the same urologist for 2 years and they still cannot figure out what's wrong with me. I guess physically my bladder works just fine, but that constant pressure feeling never goes away. I don't pee as often because I learned to control it somewhat, but that pressure makes me absolutely miserable.
