Hi I too have asthma and when ever I do any exercise I have a flareup. I have found that if I take my rescue inhaler before I do any exercise I either don't get a flareup or it is really small. Also I don't do any exercise if my chest is tight in the morning or I am sick at all. Also if you know weather affects you then be aware of that. I can't exercise outside if it is too windy, too hot, or cold. Also exercise isn't all about cardio.
I've had asthma for 24 years. I'm a 25 years old female. My father also suffered from asthma and my daughter, whom is 4 years old. I workout 4-5 days a week but see myself using the albuterol inhaler 10-20 min into my cardio workout. I really wished I was like the others who can jump on the treadmill and run without using medications. I was wondering if this frequent use of the albuterol inhaler will affect me negatively.
I do everything my Doctor tells me but I am still suffering . My Doctor also suggested that I loseweight. I put myself on a strict no sugar low fat diet, but my problem is that I have been diagnosed with a Metabolic disorder and I can't lose the weight. Please Doctor I need your help badly.
I've been working out for the past month and instead of losing weight I'm gaining weight. I'm a 25 yr old female. I use my albuterol inahaler every morning before exercising since I suffer from asthma. My usual workout includes at least 30 min of cardio 4-5 times a week and of couple of abs. I had very similar symptoms when I was in the 6th grade except that I started to loseweight. Low grade temp, flare ups of vomiting, etc. It turned out I had a duedenol ulcer from biliary reflux. It took literally months to diagnose and finally an endoscopy was performed. Before they found the ulcer, they were talking to my parents about my seeing a psychiatrist as perhaps the symptoms were in my head! Nope. I had an ulcer.

What I've found the best way to lose weight is to find your maintenance level (you can find a rough calculator online) that will tell you about how many calories you burn in an avg day. Subtract around 250 calories and you've found your ideal calorie amount! Keep in mind you should take exercise into account as well. You should be shooting around -2 lbs a week.
I am young i shouldnt be ashamed to take pictures, and put on swimsuits. But as most of us know it is really hard to loseweight. I have tried almost everything!! I am already borderline diabetic so i am afraid if i take the medicine the doctor prescribes i will become diabetic. Help me please at this point i will try anything!!!
Following the rights diet and exercising daily could make you loseweight. Instead, starving is not the solution to loseweight. So, make sure you stay patience, eat healthy, exercise daily, and avoid eating junk food. This is my advise, buddy.

I'm sorry to tell you but I don't think there's any way to lose 12kg in one month. You could lose probably close to half that if you eat around 1000-1200 calories a day (depending on your metabolism) and do cardio for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. Lower body exercises also help a lot to burn calories.
Here is the answer to this question. In order to loseweight, you have to subtract calories. Safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs/week, so in order to lose 1 lb/week, you'd have to drop 500 calories from your BMR each day (1 lb is equal to 3500 calories, so 500 calories X 7 days = 3500 calories or 1 lb). OR you can drop 250 calories from your diet and increase .....
