Avatar f tn I'm in my third trimester and have eaten tuna and over easy eggs every week my entire pregnancy and have had feta cheese plenty of times. Don't take that list too seriously, most doctors will tell you it's fine to eat pretty much whatever you want.

Any meal replacement diet is never going to give you all the nutrients your body needs (despite how much and many nutrients the shake might be 'fortified' with). Although you've probably heard it a million times before, there is no quick miracle fix, you've got to eat less, eat healthier and exercise more.

Avatar f tn If you completely deprive yourself of some sweets or salty foods and stick only with super healthy food to me there is a high chance that you might go out and binge again on those foods. So, let yourself enjoy some salty or sweet foods here and there but not a lot. Stick with it. This isn't something that is going to go away over night. Take care!

If you cut down on foods quick to metabolize to sugar you should see some improvement, and the rest must be done with exercise. And if you work on your stomach muscles, some, but not a huge amount, of extra lean protein can help build muscle. Good luck.
