However, for a while ive been trying
to figure out ways
to slim down my thighs. For a while, I did squats and lunges and realized I was only building more muscle on my thighs, and that's not what I want. I want to slim them up, then in the future decide on whether I want to tone them with a bit of muscle.
Currently I want to walk for 40-75 minutes a day with a couple of intervals of running, I was wondering if that may help my thighs slim up, or just my calves?
