I did not like the fact I was gaining weight so fast and that I just lay around the house as well..so today I started doing more workouts that way I can be fit and have a easy labor. Avatar f tn Oh wow im the exact same as u! Weight height aand goal weight, but im trying to lose it by the first day of summer, june 20. I've lost weight fast before but then i fall off of it again. This time im sticking with it. What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off.

You're absolutely right when you say you're not 'fat' - in fact this website has shown me that my (and yours) BMI (Body Mass Index) is completely normal for our height, so make sure you don't want to lost too much weight. I'd like to get down to 110lb.
