Avatar n tn so im 14 and I weigh 112.6 lbs. I have belly fat that in desperately trying to get rid of and it doesn't seem to go away. I've been doing belly workouts but they don't do anything. I'm on a diet too. I try to stay under 900 calories everyday but I don't really watch the types of food I eat. What should I do to get rid of the unwanted fat?
Avatar f tn Sweetie you are skinny already. If you want to be able to eat and not gain so much weghit boost your metabolism by exersing 30mins to an hour after you eat. Try jogging for 30mins and then cardio workouts. 92.5lbs that's not healthy.

My friends make fun of me for being skinny, i mean my legs look so skinny that my little brother mad fun of me which REALLY hurt my feelings. I am also nicknamed pencil because I DON'T have "curves" or "hips" and my ankles and calfs are super skinny.I hate being called that. I even get disgusted looks from people i dont no and trust me it is not because they envy me. I am really depressed.

Should he take them every time he works out? After a few months, if he stops having the shakes, will the results last without continuing to have them? Avatar f tn My boyfriend has always been pretty skinny. When he was a kid his mom would hardly let him and his siblings eat. Now that he's living in a different house hold, he's been eating a lot but doesn't gain a lot of weight. Lately I've been noticing that after he eats like a whole mountain full of food, he goes to the bathroom about an hour later and then he's hungry again. Is it something different, or is it just a fast digestion?

Avatar f tn I wanted to do my normal routine as well. I am definitely a fitness girl, but I toned my workouts way back just to be safe. I did fast paced walking until 32 weeks. Now, at 37 weeks I can't walk much. I do toning and strength training with light or no weights (lunges and squats are my favorite). My husband is a personal trainer, so I had to just accept slower workouts and just focus on retaining muscle memory. It's better to be a little conservative for the benefit of your baby.
Avatar f tn Running is a great way to burn fat fast and it helps your core. I also recommend workouts such as the "Spartacus" or T25 workouts. These are videos of quick 20 min workouts that are intense but burn a lot of calories and they work your entire core. Take a peek at these on YouTube they are great and they work.

Avatar n tn but one thing symptom of adderall, the suppression of appetite, is beginning to affect me strongly because i work out after school alot and because i dont eat much during the day, i feel very tired and weak during workouts. between the hours of 8a.m. to 2 p.m., i literally have no appetite. but i do try to eat because,obviously, i know that if i dont then i will be very tired come the end of the day/workouts.

Avatar n tn Hello all, I have noticed recently, during my weightlifting routines at the gym, that I will occasionally get a fluttering sensation in my heart that lasts about 10 to 15 seconds and occurs randomly while lifting weights or doing abdominal exercises, but oddly enough never during cardio workouts such as running or swimming (chance?). These "flutters" are quite worrisome, as I feel as if my heart may not recover it's consistent beat sometimes.
Avatar f tn My starter weight before I got pregnant was 118 and dropped to 115. Then I moved back home and my weight went up to 125 and now I'm 133. I did not like the fact I was gaining weight so fast and that I just lay around the house as well..so today I started doing more workouts that way I can be fit and have a easy labor. Avatar f tn I worked out 4-56 times a week and now I can barely get 3 workouts in. I even made a schedule for a specific pregnancy workout I found on pinterest and walking and elliptical. We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..

Avatar f tn s was 6 weeks ago today I had my little girl Amber by elective c-section. Have healed well and am keen to get my body back in shape! I'm pretty much back to my pre-pregnancy weight but my tummy muscles are very soft, and sticks out over the scar. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the unsightly lip? I also want to loose another 10-15lbs to get to my perfect weight. Any diet advice? Or specific exercising I can do? I'm also a vegetarian, and its not true that we are all skinny!!
