Common Questions and Answers about Workout routines monday through friday

workout

Last June I extended my workout schedule. I was lifting weights 3 days a week and riding the bike for 10 miles a day. When I retired {58 yrs old} I continued my weight lifting and my 10 mile stationary bke riding. However I added 5 miles of walking. After a few months of doing this suddenly from nowhere as I was walking I go a severe pain in my left calf. It actually brought me down to to knee. It was if an electrical shock passed through my leg.

Wogging every morning was a must and then I would make sure I went swimming every 3rd day and aerobics every Friday. If there was time for extra, then that would be great. I noticed I would be more successful with weight loss when I pre planned my meals. Breakfast and lunch are pretty much the same for me, so having to plan dinner was not a problem at all. NOW I'M STUCK!!!
I was doing my leg workout last wednesday, and half way through my workout, while on my third set of leg hack presses on my 7th rep I got a pounding headache. It was more on the sides of my head though. The headache was so intense I had to stop my workout and go home. The next day went back and on the first excercise it was back.
I do about 30mins to 1 hour morning exercises Monday to Friday. My pants that were feeling loose 2 weeks ago are staring to fit snugly now. I really don't want to keep gaining weight and I am over weight by the BMI standards so I need to do something. I want to get healthy, really I do but its just so difficult.
I sure as heck would not be putting myself through this drawn out taper if I didn't truly want to be done. You aren't the first to call me out on here this time. More like the 3rd. Which I'm kinda torn over the "tough love". But I keep telling myself, it was a week of "not so good". I went to 3 a day then to 4/day for like 2 days. I got super stressed, exhausted from work, overwhelmed by my what seems to be constant fight with w/d symptoms and I slipped up. I'm human right?
When you are exercising in an aerobic state, try breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. The air will get warm and moist going through the nose and you will not experience the burning sensation that is related to dryness. If you are breathing too hard to breathe this way, slow down your speed, stretch the legs to do a longer stride moving from the hip instead of the knee. Hope this helps.
You're half way through the tww! Time for a party dance. I hope everything is going well. Did you guys get crazy snow this weekend? This whole area was supposed to get light flurries, maybe an inch or two this weekend. We got 6 inches! Ah crazy. keyan- How are you doing? We're getting ready to switch doctors and we're hoping to have a Lap done soon. I'm a little nervous. I hope all is going well with you!
The blood test is for female hormones. This will show if you are entering a perimenopausal state. That is a pre-menopause that shows some body changing and hormones are now reduced. Based on the findings, the doctor (see and OBGYN)can tell you what to expect and suggest changes in lifestyle and diet that can help you along. If you are entering menopause, there is a possiblity you won't lose the extra weight and may have to learn to "live with it".
regardless, i just found out by reading through these messages last night that other people in here are seeing him too and recomending him highly. I recomend him too. are you in los angeles? read through these boards specially a section titled b12 in los angeles. ya dont waste time with regular doctor and dont get in the hell associated with the surgeries. any body that i know did the surgery is regretting now. I am happy.
What you describe occurs often in women, though I know it's still not easy to go through. I've been through the same procedure many times with benign results for all. I've had complex cysts that both could and could not be aspirated. Stay strong and let us know how it goes for you.
I just got a B12 injection on Monday and I feel great. They also offer a B6 with the B12 has any one ever got that and does it really boost the weight loss more then the B12?
don't beat yourself up about it. I think miscarriage is the hardest thing to go through. I know for me it's the worst thing that has ever happened.
do you have any suggestions for quick home workout routines? I have a membership for 24hr fitness but with a 2 month old its a little difficult to make it. I'm 5'6", 158 lbs. I really want to maximize this hcg diet!
The last couple of days I've had a really sharp pain in my chest and back, but I am going through a fairly tense period right now. I hope you post again if you get any answers!
Hi, Sorry to hear you're going through the same thing. Yes, when I had the epididymitis, I had a sharp pain about once ever 5 or 10 minutes, and then a dull ache the rest of the time. The doctor told me to take 4x200mg Motrin twice daily, and that didn't even begin to touch the pain at all. I went on an antibiotic, and it kept feeling worse and worse until about the third or fourth day, when the pain suddenly started to get better.
I guess what I really want to know after that long post is how long should I really expect this? Like I over emphasized this is day 8, a Friday. I missed an entire week of work and am expected back on Monday which will be day 11. Will I be up to it? I work in NYC and the commute in is very physically challenging as a 2 mile walk is part of my commute. I know we are all different but could this really be WEEKS like ive read on here? Or Months? Really? Is my doc lying?
she went on to live her life, took up running with a group and loved it. then this past june 13/08, a friday don'tcha know, after a run, she got that old headache. she went to her new and hopefully good doctor when the headache didn't go away by the following monday. doctor, knowing her history, did not treat her urgently, made an appt for a ct scan for more than a month later.
The size of the clot depends on how much time elapsed between ejaculation and urination. Once the blood clot has passed through, there's no more blood and the next urinations are clear. Over the years, I made some mistakes and learned a few things along the way. 1. No medication I tried never made any difference. 2. The only thing that makes my condition improve is abstinence for a week or two (which drives me absolutely nuts). Sometimes, even 2 weeks isn't enough and blood still comes out.
The most common suggestion was that the worst withdrawal would be peaking at 48-72 hours So, decided to go for it at a weekend to try and do some damage limitation with work being affected and everything. I thought I'd manage through the rest of thursday and friday at work ok. I got through thursday ok. Would have been happier taking some pills but it was ok. Started to lose appetite a little. Nothing to worry about. First symptoms were nausea, aches, (jaw worst!
If there are no other symptoms then it's likely something that can be remedied through better posture, or mild exercise or stretching. But I'm no doctor. Common sense would dictate... if it is persistent and recurring, see your doctor.
I've looked at internet porn since I was 12, now I'm 22, There have been times where the internet porn addiction got kind of bad, but it always mellowed out to calmer more normal routines, but always frequent. Sometimes I'd masturbate daily, multiple times daily, but then other times I'd go for a few days or so without any porn or masturbation.
I took some time just now to read through some of the other posts about PVCs. I see that I'm not alone at all and that many other people are driven to panic by these things. It's reassuring to know that other people know how I feel and have continued to survive through this. I liked what anacyde said in the thread above this one about taking hold of the reigns. I feel that that's what I need to do before this totally ruins my life.
I am worried about gaining weight and will not take this medicine until I find out. I'm just scared because SSRIs cause gain. Even though this is not an SSRI, it could cause weight gain.
