Avatar f tn Okay so I can't go to the gym. I get really bad anxiety, like I'll go to walk through the door and start crying. I've always been this way. I walk an hour a day but I'm trying to get in shape and loose 10lbs for vacation in August.

Avatar f tn I met with a new, much better doctor on Friday. He wanted me in surgery ASAP, so I'll be having a laparotomy at noon on Monday to remove the 18 x 11 cm cyst on my left ovary. My previous doctor had thought it was on my right AND wanted to remove it laparoscopically That could have cost me BOTH ovaries! Thank God for a second opinion. My surgeon will be doing a vertical incision, and he said I'll be in the hospital for at least 2 or 3 days.
Avatar f tn Drink lots of water throughout the day, even during workout. Breath! Dont hold your breath during strenuous routines. You can also try a creatine & protein post workout drink to help you along the way.

Avatar f tn I ate low fat/ no fat and drank 3 Liters of water a day and did a 30 minute Taebo workout Monday through Friday. I had a baby and gained 120lbs and didn't really change anything. I was 249 when I delivered and now I'm 175lbs and I have been trying to get the rest of the weight off. I am wanting to lose another 40lbs and nothing seems to work. I thought it might have something to do with having my gallbladder removed three years ago.

I am healing great, and I started my postnatal workout on Friday. I have a little PDD, but just normal stuff. Avatar f tn I'm not sure what polefitness is but I've kept up with my regular workout out routines and my doctor said it was fine. As long as the workout isn't too dangerous and your pregnancy isn't high risk, but you always need to check with your doctor first. I know working out has made this pregnancy ten times better than my first! Good luck with everything!
Avatar f tn I do cardio kickboxung twice a week followed by body sculpting that involves light weights (8-10lb weights) that's on tuesday and Thursdays. Wednesdays I usually take my dogs for long walks. I'm a hair dresser so the other days I'm working and am too exhausted and sore to do anything else as of right now. Keep exercising it's good for both of you.

486919 tn?1280184140 make the tracker adjustable for my routines. I like that all i have to do is check them, i wish i could switch them for my personal routine. Example: it has weight lifting, but I don't weight lift, i do a 10 minute workout that changes everyday...or put a box where i can put what i want....I know if you do get one for medication and vitamins, that everyone uses different ones.

Still getting plenty of stabbing pains in my abdomen, but anythings worth the little miracle i saw on screen on my ultrasound last thursday. My bump is quite pronounced now, not quite big enough for people who don't know me to assume i'm pregnant though. Still had headached everyday, but not so bad or as long as they've been the previous couple of weeks.
