I'm not sure what you mean by "eating clean"; different people put different definitions on that term. You can be eating healthy, and still not be eating the right things to lose weight. You also have to watch portion sizes. I agree with changing up your exercises.
Avatar f tn You can still do weight training. Building lean muscle helps your metabolism stay higher and burn more even while resting. Maybe try squats as well if your able to do that in a boot.

Obviously it's something we want to create as much of as we can. Avatar f tn You may be overdoing the muscle building. Maybe try alternating your routines so that you are not always working the same muscles. Maybe try walking one day, doing yoga another day, cardio the next day, and then repeating that type of schedule every week. Honestly, this is what I have been doing since I started working out and it really works.

You may find that when the 15 minutes are up, you actually have the energy to finish your workout strong. Don't be afraid to build leg muscles, often women are afraid of getting bulky from lifting weights and building muscle but it's very difficult to get bulky lifting weights unless you're taking illegal supplements and testosterone boosters. As you build muscle in your legs, the skin will tighten up giving you a much leaner tone look.
