Seemed to track ok for a bit then stopped taking venlafaxine in 2016 which meant I got increased libido and harder erections. I started getting bad pain after ejaculations, and taking ibuprofen after ejaculating became a regularity. The pain has steadily been getting worse up till now and the vessels in my penis bulge more, even after days of abstaining from masturbation.
