I just take one
prenatal vitamin a day. I think it is possible to overdose
vitamins, and esp. too much vitamin A and iron can be dangerous in pregnancy. Others, like vit. C or follic acid are water soluble, which means you will pee out the excess amounts. Definitely ask your dr. about it! You may want to check the ingredients on both, add up how much of each vitamin you're taking and then look up what dosages are dangerous.
