i have headaches, dizzyness and nausea, a fuzzy feeling as if i have cotton in my brain, severe joint and muscle pain and i could go on.. i am so tired i just think about when i can go to sleep. ...consequntly i have a feeling of guilt and depression because i am always saying i don t feel well. i am 54 and feel 84. i feel as if i have the flu and u wait to feel better...but it never comes.
Although the episodes of fatigue were when i was on a lower dose and had been on that dose for several years so random bouts of fatigue would be unlikely to be related. the zoloft is a new addition and the symptoms such as joint pain and fatigue were before i commenced it.
methylphenidate dosage was increased a few months ago so it may be the cause of the hand changes.
I've been taking Celexa now for about 4 months, and I started experiencing "fibromyalgia-like" symptoms 2-3 months ago. All joints on both sides of my body hurt (especially my knees), and I too feel like someone is pricking me with a block of needles all the way across my shoulders. 3-4 weeks ago I noticed that both feet were kind of numb and my R foot wasn't working quite right. About the same time I began having short dizzy spells and my feet cramp severely starting about 8pm. All symptoms have continued with varying severity. I finally went to my primary dr who did a brief exam, amd felt like there was something wrong neurologically and possibly MS. He noticed that I had dropped R foot as well.
m just dealing with it. Have you had any injections for pain? I just had SI joint injections last week, and cannot believe how much better I feel. I also take Zoloft, Norco and diclofenac, as well as muscle relaxers as needed. I sure hope you get some relief, the stress of worrying about your job doesn't help, Feel better and let us know how things are going.
I'm not sure Zoloft causes nerve pain. The pain caused by antidepressants is usually muscular, and is often caused because it interferes with the absorption of magnesium. You should know that these side effects might have gone away with time, or they might not. Only using them for 4-6 weeks, the time it takes to know if they work or not, will tell, but side effects start right away. I've been taking zoloft for the past 5 years and had had no negative effects up until about a year ago when I started smoking marijuana. I started smoking marijuana in september last year about a month after i had increased my Zoloft dosage to 125 mg. Since that September I have been a regular marijuana user due to its positive effects. I've been suffering from tremors after I smoke since about December.
I started having joint pain a couple of weeks after gall bladder surgery. It is continually getting worse and in my shoulders, wrists and right jaw. My left hip joint has gotten better. The pain hurts really bad at night when I am laying and try to move my arms. I am also having trouble chewing with my jaw in pain. I am 63 years old and a Real Estate Agent. I never had a pain at all until after the surgery. I have always been in good health and don't drink or smoke.

I got diagnosed with hsv2 last fall. After continual outbreaks my doc finally put me on suppression therapy. I've had weight gain depression and now joint pain. It's a 6 month dose and one month to go. Does the joint pain go away after dosage is done? Does the weight come off? I exercise regularly and eat properly. Depression I know is a mental battle. My concern is as follows: the only exposure I have is unprotected oral performed on other men. Since the beginning of the year i have been experiencing pain on my both knees that come and go and well, I'd like to know how does ars joint pain feel like. The doctor diagnosed some patellar disfunction but I doubt it, since I only started running last year and I read professional runners are those who get it. Or something.
I have joint pain in my knees and elbows, weakness in knees after kneeling down and trying to stand up. I have numbness that comes and goes in my feet. My chemo/raidiation treatments ended a year ago. Are these aches and pains caused by the after effects of the drugs and radiation? I also have trouble taking antibiotics or pain meds. I seems to get every side effect listed. Alcohol of any type bothers me also. I use to enjoy a glass of wine but no longer.
