like you could go walking instead of jogging and then gradually increase the workload within a comfort
zone. It is also advised to rotate between various activities like cardio workouts, aerobics, yoga, running, weights, biking, swimming etc., for uniform toning of the body, rather than putting the workload on the same groups of muscles.
