Avatar f tn Hey congratulations on the pregnancy :) and I watch the yoga videos for pregnant women on YouTube and do them daily for 30 minutes. It's helped with some back pain and also helps me sleep. If you just wanna try them I would suggest you first watch the ones online before you invest money in classes.
Avatar f tn I usually look up youtube videos on prenatal cardio, yoga, etc. They have a big variety of videos with pregnant instructors showing you how to do the workouts and you just follow along with them just like any other workout videos. Best of luck to you!

Avatar f tn Lots of walking and a lot of yoga! There's videos for exercises for first trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd. You could also check with your doctor to see what works best for you and just a heads up if you start doing this early in your pregnancy it shouldn't be hard as you get bigger! Good luck!
1088217 tn?1301925756 And i talked to my ob about it and he said since im just home doing nothing i should tried yoga so he gave me this ad and it said gentle yoga and is also for high risk pregnancies but is $118 for like 1 or 2 sessions im not sure so then i found out that at the hospital they give classes too for free so they fax me this paper saying that even with my a dr note is not guarentee that is safe for me to exercise so that kind of threw me off.
