Zone 3 is 70-80% of your target heart rate and results in increased aerobic and cardiovascular fitness. Sounds like you are training in high Zone 4 or even Zone 5. This level is for elite athletes and should only be visited for short periods by normal folk. You may want to spend more time doing light cardio. I agree with greendave, as a lot of us go full out and end up sustaining an injury or something worse. Get a good flexability program going to.

Congratulations Glen. I can't answer your question about staying clear with Harvoni from personal experience. But, I do know all to well how you feel. I was in the Viekira Pak (Turquoise) trial. I was also 1a, cirrhotic, and a multiple time null-responder. It was so hard to believe I was undetected. And then it was equally hard to believe I would stay that way. But I did, and so did the vast majority of everyone in my trial.
Glen, Your whole body functions better without Hepatitis C. Will your thyroid get better and "Death Cramps" go away..... You will just have to wait and see.

Glen, this combination has only been FDA approved for a bit over 2 months. So unless you find someone who matches that criteria who was in a trial, you will not be able to get your answer. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you.

Hi Glen. Don't know if this is accurate but had a Hematologist mention dehydration will lower your platelet count. I would double up on your water consumption prior to giving blood and see if that helps.
At least you can't harm yourself. Wish I had more.

Glen, we are definitely thinking positively "negative" result (undetected) about this treatment for you. My guess is that Dr. Santoro is talking about the Merck drugs which have a great trial profile. I am just not 100% sure, though. Hang tough. Only 10 more weeks to go.
Did anyone do the Q80K polymorphism test on you? That may be why you relapsed on Olysio and would have NO bearing on harvoni. Wishing only the best for you.
I think we're right on the edge of hearing from a a few people. I am also a GT 1a stage 2-3, my viral load was 600, 000 prior to the Harvoni treatment, it was 1.2 million before the Incivek treatment so at least Incivek did knock my viral load down, but I hear that doesn't mean much with Harvoni., I've been through three other treatments including Incivek.
Glen, I'm very sorry to hear this. Please don't give up. Take a break. Sometimes genetics are involved. I think there will soon be a drug or drug combination that will work for you.
Glen, while it really irks me that people can't just get a prescription and get the medication, for all the reasons that everyone already knows, on to positives.
