It's hard to bring weight down I worry about health. But so far so good losing fat gaining baby and keeping nutrition healthy. Gosh why didI go with belly dancing classes pre pregancy. I'm at least two sizes bigger than I should be.
Avatar n tn me too! i do lots of yoga but today, after 30 minutes, i got a headache (mild) and my inner eyelids swelled up and got reddish! i wondered if it was because i was upside down too much? or maybe something about the mat i was using? rubber mat? geesh. weird. Avatar f tn Lol I told my hubby last night.when getting out of the shower that I wouldn't know what to think when I could see my vajayjay again because I haven't seen it in so long. I told him I didn't even know what it looks like anymore and he told me it looked the same just fatter :/ lol I think its normal I know its hard to not be bothered by it but hey it'll be worth it to get our Babys here!!

Avatar f tn I started yoga in my second trimester and this is my first pregnancy ever. Im at 20 weeks. Im loving it! I want to continue it even after i have the baby and see if theres any baby yoga for babies. Its helping to keep moving at an easy pace and its relaxing and helps me with my breathing. I just look them up on youtube Good luck.
794091 tn?1264986339 Yes......I do it religiously. That is, when I'm not too weak/fatigue to do it...more often than not I have to force myself to yoga, because my muscles craves it. I do find stretching help easing the pain a bit. Most of all, I will have to do whatever slows down/stops muscle atrophy. Have you tried it?
Avatar f tn Rest and some tylenol is the best I can offer for this weekend. I highly recommend prenatal yoga classes. I went to an 8 week series and they teach you great stretches for you back and hips to help the soreness and strain. It's worth looking into for natural relief.

Avatar f tn In addition, maybe you could try yoga for exercise a couple days a week. Yoga is a great exercise for lengthening and strengthening muscles. You might also want to have your cortisol levels checked, since high levels of cortisol tend to cause belly fat. High stress levels cause high cortisol. Yoga is great for relaxing and it's awesome for toning muscles, which is often what's needed, rather than "losing weight", since you can't spot reduce.
Avatar f tn I found my prenatal workout dvds for a dollar at the thrift store...winninngg!! Lol i got two but the one im most fond of is Leisa Harts fitmama prenatal workout. The excerises are not hard at all and get my blood pumping. She shows alot of good stretches as well.

Avatar n tn Mine began at around 20 wks, but I was a little full from my belly so that could also be why it may have taken a while. I think if you have a firm tummy in the beginning it'll continue to be that way and it might feel harder earlier on.
