I had a bad
day and long, bad night, Tuesday (3/31). After work, I was all set to go to a Yoga class when my right leg and hip spasmed really tightly. I couldn't walk, bend it or stretch it without a LOT of pain. So I drove 45 minutes home (it let up about 10 minutes before I got home). Did some Yoga on my own, Hubby stretched my quads, and rubbed out back spasms. Made dinner, cleaned up, went to bed, and woke at about 1:30 with leg spasms.
