Avatar f tn I'm walking up to two miles a day, walking up and down stairs, bouncing/ swaying on a yoga ball, drinking ted raspberry tea. Still nothing, my little one is stubborn. I see my Dr tomorrow and I'll see what he says since he doesn't like to I dice first time moms til they are two weeks past due.
Avatar f tn "Hot Yoga" is known as Bikram Yoga which is yoga done in a room with the temperature of 100 degrees or maybe a tad more. Since my body does not do well at all in any type of heat this form of yoga is totally out for me. I do have a good friend who has done Bikram for years and loves it. Good Luck and Congratulations!

794091 tn?1264986339 The day after my yoga class . I felt much better . I told the instr.my issues . And they altered the stretch . I will def. go back . The burning that pain meds. did not touch feel better . Plus the meditation with movement was great. The time went by very fast . can't wait till i know enough to do it at home safely. And don't over do it .

6109773 tn?1381071043 Right after I broke my back, I signed up for yoga. I did it yoga, 3-4 times a week. I got really good at it. I stopped when I got pregnant. I'm going to start going back to yoga. It saved my life.

738075 tn?1330575844 I had a bad day and long, bad night, Tuesday (3/31). After work, I was all set to go to a Yoga class when my right leg and hip spasmed really tightly. I couldn't walk, bend it or stretch it without a LOT of pain. So I drove 45 minutes home (it let up about 10 minutes before I got home). Did some Yoga on my own, Hubby stretched my quads, and rubbed out back spasms. Made dinner, cleaned up, went to bed, and woke at about 1:30 with leg spasms.
