Avatar f tn Never tried regular yoga but I started prenatal yoga at about 3 months, now 7 and it really helps with my hip and back pain. My hips usually get so bad I have to sit in a warm bath but I haven't done that at all this time around. I plan on continuing the yoga once I deliver. I've officially been converted!

The only thing that worked for me was sleep! And even that was difficult to come by as I was so stressed about the darn thing! Can you try some relaxation techniques? Yoga? Meditation? I wish I could help you, but all I can do is offer my support. It'll all be over soon enough! Hurry up three weeks, hurry up!
696339 tn?1227920325 Dizzy spells with pain in the back of neck could be simply due to spondylitis of the cervical spine. An X-ray or MRI can rule this out. Neck exercises, correct posture while sitting, and avoiding pillows while sleeping will help. What all tests have been done? If I had more detailed information, it would be useful in pinpointing the cause. Anemia, postural hypotension, migraine etc too can present with similar symptoms.

Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.

Avatar f tn for the past 3 years i have had chronic post nasal drip, blocked ears and some breathing difficulties including wheezing. It all started when i first came to the UK and had braces put on. I have been prescribed anti-histamine pill and nasal spray but they have done nothing to help. I am apparently allergic to dust and pollen but i was wondering if there could also be another maybe illness to my problems because my GP hasn't performed any other type of tests on me or done any x-rays.

1346723 tn?1300718741 I dont know abt Prenatal But Yoga helps you. I had some difficult time. 1st was ectopic in June 2nd IUI I had cyst. after 2nd I took a break and did yoga for a mth and tried 3rd IUI.

Avatar f tn Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the pain. An x-ray can rule out fractures/ dislocations but is usually unable to recognize soft tissue injuries which may need to be evaluated for. It would be best to have this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician to consider soft tissue injuries and appropriate management. Meanwhile I would suggest continuing with the management plan as suggested. Hope this helps. Take care!
