I got my reStor implants over two years ago, and never received any warnings about X-rays and such. Since then, I have had X-rays, an MRI, and gone through lots of airport scanners, and my opthalmologist says my eyes and lenses are fine.
I walk, ride horses, do yoga, swim, and now I am taking a dance class. As long as your Doctor says okay. I gave up bicycling because of falling off the bike.
I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.

I have aotic valve dilated ( 4 cm) and am going for CT scan for accurate measurement . Is yoga and threadmill jogging recommended to contro BP . My blodd pressure now is about 135-140 high side and 85-90 lower side . Can somebody guide me .
I was in pretty good shape prior to surgery - spinning, yoga and ab exercises almost daily. Now my stomach muscles feel almost useless. My scar is only an inch, but this not where my tummy hurts. It hurts underneath my belly button, approx a 4" circle. Should I still be this sensitive and swollen?

As if we have any control the way the baby grows in our belly. I mean we can eat right and take care of our selves but in the end your pregnant and your gonna get huge. I'm over people making comments I will just start making smart comments back at um. The worst one I've encountered so far has been my very own mom.
Ill try hun but I just feel horrible and unfortunately my body image is something Im struggling with worst part the weight gain hope I lose it all and more soon as my babys here xxx
I dont freak out or panic or anything when mine start, they just flare up and im off in a daze again. Mediatation and Yoga can work to get rid of some of the symptoms but you should talk to a professional about it too, it does help. Xanax will numb your syptoms but its very easy to get addicted.
