Possible yeast or bacterial infection would be the most likely cause. And yeast infections, if left untreated, can spread to your butt and groin area. I know a older lady who didn't realize she had a yeast infection and it spread to her legs. Uhh I couldn't imagine. I would go back to the doctors and ask them to do a swab for vaginal infections.
