Women are naturally colonized with yeasts, usually in the intestines and often in the genital tract. i heard from a doctor herself that yeast infections CAN be passed back n forth between lovers if both male and female dont get treated for it. i believe it is just pills for men but women have a cream...(or pill form) Probably like a week and a half of no sex to clear it up im guessing.....good luck....
Hi there. It is not an std and not something your wife has to tell you. :>) All women get things like UTI's, yeast infections and bacterial infections. Both yeast and bacterial infections (and uti's) are something that can happen all on their own and once there, can pass back and forth between man and woman very normally. They don't cause issues in men like they do women.
If your partner HAS a yeast infection, then most definitely you could be contracting a yeast infection from him. Yeast infections aren't nearly as common in men as in women...have you asked him about it? He probably needs to go to his doctor, be diagnosed and treated if he has a yeast infection.
