Avatar f tn I've done a few workouts but not consistent. Just when I don't feel like I'm going to be sick. I hope it'll be easier to get back into it. I may look into pregnancy workouts. I know amazon has quite a few to sort through so we will see.
Avatar f tn I worked out 4-56 times a week and now I can barely get 3 workouts in. I even made a schedule for a specific pregnancy workout I found on pinterest and walking and elliptical. We just have to listen to our bodies I guess! I felt Bette when I went to the doctor today because they told me to work out 3 maybe 4 days a week and only for a maximum 20 min..
Avatar f tn I ate healthy and did crunches and obliques along with lemon squeezers. I went down to a size 2 and I was a size 5 before that pregnancy. I will be doing the same after this pregnancy.
Avatar f tn Prenatal yoga is great for strengthening all the muscles you're gonna use during labour and for focusing on your breathing. I've been swimming a lot during my pregnancy as it feels so nice to exercise without feeling the weight of your belly. Walking as often as possible is also good. These are the only exercises I did but depends on your ability and fitness level. I had breathlessness throughout my preg so anything else was too much much me.
Avatar n tn What do you ladies do for workouts while pregnant? Any schedules or specifics you follow? Any good advice? Im really trying to keep my body in shape.
Avatar f tn Can anyone recommend a good workout plan? My last pregnancy I gained 72 lbs and I am not wanting to do that again. Just wanting and healthy routine to help manage my weight so I don't go overboard again.
Avatar f tn The most effective fat burning exercises for interval training should engage the major muscles of your body. This ensures greater energy expenditure and elicits a greater post exercise metabolic response, which increases your body's ability to burn fat. This expenditure of energy burns calories, which are stored in the body as fat. Approximately 3,500 calories equals 1 pound of fat.
