Last week I went to my first spinning class. The next day I had
sore muscles (as I had thought I would, it being my first time). I went to my second class 2 days after my first - still with sore muscles but thinking it would help. Well, it didn't. The second class was yesterday and for the rest of the day, and also today, I have not been able to walk well, bend my knees, lift my leg (mainly my right leg). The muscles in the front of my thigh are in agony.
