You don't need a PCR test. PCR-DNA test is not a diagnostic test. Go get an ELISA test if you have a concern.
that elisa test is crap still used in the philippines and titer is a fraud, there is no titer in that number which is not hbsag at all but the quantity of reagent used.
I should note that some of the symptoms appeared after I took a trip to Vietnam in the interim (no sexual activities there).
I have been quite anxious and had ELISA and P24 tests after 9 days. Both were negative, though having read through your forum, I know that ELISA is rarely accurate at 10 days. I should also mention that I have had ELISA tests roughly every three months for the past two years (as well as several P24 tests) and have always been “non-reactive”.
Would anyone know a dysautonomia specialist in the Philippines or in Asia? I've been confined twice and have had 6 doctors ordering tests for me (cardio, neuro, endo, gastro, pulmo and obgyne) but no one can give me any conclusive diagnosis as to why I've been feeling extremely weak and out of breath with episodes of elevated BP and tachycardia for the last 3 months.
1. my first encounter was on december 2011. condom protected(vaginal). but it broke and we immediately changed it right away. i perform oral sex with her and vice versa. i took hiv elisa test(philippines, don't know if it 4th generation) 1month post exposure on january2012. and it is negative. again i took rapid test at 2month post exposure. negative. i know i need a retest at 3month and 6month. but what are my chances that i'm negative?

is this abbott architect result in iu/ml or stupid elisa test?if the result is not in iu/ml it is not hbsag quantity so you will not know if increaed or decreaded, in any case it flatuates but not a lot and usually increase with antivirals and decrease with immune modultaors
hbsag has no correlation at all with alt/ast, hbvdna.
It does seem that unfortunately testing positive for mearly the antibody apparently bars people to employment in places like the UAE United Arab Emirates where the original poster is wanting to work. So glad we can work here in the U.S. Even though we actually carry the hep c virus and are actively infected with hep c and not just positive for the antibodies. I guess we should consider ourselves fortunate for so many reasons.
I'm not doctor but I usually keep mine at room temperature regardless. I don't think putting it in the fridge will make any difference. Maybe someone who is from the Phillipines can chime in, but most medication (unless specified otherwise on the bottle) should be kept at room temp, regardless of the temp outside.

The clinic told me that this inhibition test was a confirmatory test that i'm truly hsv2 positive. What is the screening index of 1.37? Is that also the antibodies level? What does the 88% mean? Does that mean the % amount of my viral load?
Many carriers in the Philippines are rejected for jobs both in the Philippines and especially the ones trying to go abroad to work in other countries. China also discriminates against its own population trying to get jobs. Some multinational companies who have set up shop (e.g. IBM) doesn't test for hbv.

Are you saying your mother in law has Leukemia? Filgastin or Neupogen is used for that. I don't know of other uses for it. She can't get it in the Philippines? If you can get a prescription from her doctor perhaps you can get it from a pharmacy here. Have a talk with a pharmacist here at one of the stores like Rite Aid, CVS any of those and see if they allow that.
my case is that i had un safe sex since approximatelly 10 years ago and i face some strange symptoms like headache and chronic diarrhea weight loss and i had elisa 1 and 2 tests iam worry if my case is too late that elisa 1 and 2 test will not be usefull where antibody not exists now if that is true which test will be sharp? and when we can say that some case is late ? is it related to current cd4 count ??
and am very scared because am working in saudi arabia and the government in saudi arabia test any non saudi people every year and if they found that somebody has hiv they will kick him out..... am very scare to find my self positive in the coming years and very scared to lose my job.... please help me...
