Weakly positive on one assay (your earlier test) plus clear negative on another (the negative HerpeSelect screen before the intended inhibition test) almost always means no HSV2 antibody is present. A WB would sort it out with absolute certainty, but I really don't think you need to spend the money. You can move on with confidence you don't have it.
s advie and this might did the affect the HIV first test reading which came positive as I stopped taking those medicine after the first rapid test which came positive, and do I need to repeat the HIV test again as the doctor asked me to do the HIV test again in 1 year time which made me worried more as he might knows something which I don‘t know and honestly the last days were a disaster for me but what about waiting for 1 year which I‘m sure I will die before that?
They have to have the proper equipment to even run the tests to begin with except for Rapid tests which don't need any equipment to process.

I know their is a tiny and small percentage ( less than 1%) of people who won't be positive during the 3 months ( window period) and who are under chemo or other resons, let me assume I'm one of those people which is less than 1% and next week I will complete 13 weeks after my exposure and I will test for HIV but does make sence to do both PCR & Elisa to be in the clear and if thier is a virus in my blood will be discovered without waiting for another 3 months ?
