Common Questions and Answers about Weight tracker uk

Avatar n tn I would say that it is a 50/50 chance whether you would lose weight in the long run as the product wasn't designed as a weight loss product. (but I'm not a doctor so your dr. might be able to tell you what to expect).

I was a size 10 (UK Size!) & now I’m a 14 & my boobs are 36G (which I’m not to bothered about !) Anyway, the past month I have been cycling to & from work which is just over 7 miles & have been eating healthier, I have also ordered Pure Hoodia pills & Acia Berry’s...

Keep up the good work and please feel free to join in any of the "discussions" that take place on the forum; particularly, the challenge............
586373 tn?1312035391 Would it be possible to ask people whether they're from the US, UK or other when they set up the tracker, and then give medication names accordingly? The brand names in the US are completely different and it's very confusing if you're in the UK. I mean, I thought Advil *was* aspirin. Failing that, could you put the UK names in brackets? Could you add a fatigue section to this tracker, to cover fatigue-based illnesses such as ME?
1903491 tn?1321782004 I'm determined to lose this extra weight. I've put on almost eighty pounds since I moved to the UK and I'm sick of it. I'm sick of the big, fat, wobbly tummy. The stretch marks on my legs and hips. The stretch marks now threatening to appear on my boobs. I'm sick of clothes not fitting and things stretching too tightly across my belly and breasts. I'm worried about the long-term complications of carrying so much weight on my gut. And I really want to regain my confidence in my body.
1599563 tn?1297502137 It is sitting in my wardrobe, the door is ajar and the sleeve is poking through to motivate me, I haven't tried it on yet but I know it will fit a lot better if I lose some weight! I've lost weight before and find it easy when I get going, kick starting myself!
147426 tn?1317269232 could at least journal symptoms in another tracker, if I am making any sense. I use the weight tracker and find it to be a great motivational tool, and also really useful for assessing things over time. I think that it could be a great organizational tool for ppl amidst testing, and again very useful for assessing a situation over time. Glad to hear about all the neat ideas that are in the hopper. Thanks!
Avatar n tn At the weight I am now, I am classed as morbidly obese, and you are a lot heavier than I am. There is a mood and weight tracker on this site that you can use to help you monitor how you are getting on. It is better to lose the weight slowly. Losing 1-2lbs a week is better as this allows the skin to shrink back slowly. Make sure you eat healthy meals and cut out the sugary foods and go easy on the fats. You can access WeightWatchers that give you ideas on what you can eat.
579258 tn?1250652943 I don't have the excuse of it not working, I'm just a big coward. But I'm thinking about using it. (I need to approach this with baby steps.
Avatar m tn I looked at your Diabetes Tracker Stats, saw your UK input in mmol/l instead of mg/dl (USA). Your daily average level of 10 mmo/l is dangerously high and maximum of 14 mmol/l is suicidal. Sadly to say your blood glucose levels are out of control. Testing once a day, in your case, will not provide you with adequate data to learn what is causing your blood glucose to elevate.
1548614 tn?1296236301 Hi to all, I'm Craig (38yrs old this month) and from the UK. Once again I'm starting another weight loss attempt. I tried it last January and did well for around 8 weeks but then stopped for reasons that I don't even remember. Looking back on my stats from last January, I'm starting heavier this year but I'm hoping that by joining Medhelp and updating my Tracker daily it's going to help me remain focused and reach my goal by summer.
168348 tn?1379360675 You did your tracker -- Are you still off sugar?? I am having it at my house with family - my boyz have the friends seem coming to eat around 4 and then off the Lake Michigan to see the fireworks. I have Scott's family coming - so it should be nice.
483088 tn?1212349849 My TSH is actually quite low now - quite supressed and feel best at this level (levels on tracker if anyone interested), and T3 and T4 within high end of normal. However I tested my temp before rising five days on trot just to see if there was reason for struggle in mornings. I was suprised to find my basal temp is only 34 degrees in morning when I wake! It rises slowly throughout day till 36.5 in evening but every morning its about 34 degres and one morning 33.8.

Avatar f tn (By the way, I'm a 17 year old girl, normal weight.) I've often heard people saying that depression to them is emptiness, kind of like a 'black hole', but I don't feel that way at all. My insides feel like they are wrapped tightly around barbed wire and sometimes it's as if my blood has been replaced by acid.
634733 tn?1316629592 I am not sure if you use this in the US so any UK folks out there too please. I would like to hear success stories as well as any negatives so please not just negatives as drugs really scare me anyway after having so many adverse reactions in the past.
649848 tn?1534637300 Hey gals...looks like we've all had a tough week....lol..... I managed to be down .5 lbs which is a miracle because like I said last week hubby's birthday and cake and then i took him out last night for dinner etc..... I am wondering why my weight tracker now says "invalid BMI" Anyone ever have that happen??
10111025 tn?1408021473 Is this vitamin get for anyone, no matter weight size? She is not a very big person. Do you think she would need that much? She has been going down for 4 years. Any help would be appreciated.

Avatar f tn most popular in our forum are the Dysautonomia tracker, Blood Pressure tracker, Mood tracker, Migraine tracker, etc.) Here's another listing of symptoms of POTS, organized by which aspect of the disorder causes them: http://www.dinet.org/symptoms.
649848 tn?1534637300 -) I don't know if you're using the weight tracker here on MH or not. It's a good way to keep track of your weight and you can set it so you're the only one who can see it. That way you don't have to try to remember your weight from one point in time to another. I've lost my lower tummy, but not the upper part. I can't blame it on pregnancies since my kids are both in their 40's and it wasn't there when I walked out the hospital with babies in my arms...
1446338 tn?1284532074 She said the reason im gaining weight and feeling this way and missing a period is because of stress. I dont feel stressed at all. We took another pregnancy test iwas negative and she is putting me on a medicine to make me have a period.
Avatar m tn I see UK girls has answered my question on another thread. Would others agree with this? I don't think we have much experience with Ribaviron when it is not paired with ifn, do we? If so, please post here. Thanks.
905053 tn?1331327756 If that is the case, then perhaps you too feel the crushing weight of negative statistics. Does your doctor follow you during the 2WW? Have you had blood tests since the transfer? What kind of hormonal support are you doing? Injections? Or pills and patches? How old were your embryos? 3day or 5day? Hope you don't mind all the questions...
Avatar f tn Sounds promising. I took a opk this morning after a huge temp spike (check my tracker) and I got a total positive way more positive than the test line. I think I am going to do this a few more days (dpo12 now) until dpo 14.... we'll have to wait and see...
584903 tn?1233834986 Hi Jerry that photo was taken at 3600 feet which outside of Scotland is as high as you can get in the UK but it is all relative as the start was from about 100 feet so you get a good feel of height up there. In the snow an ice axe was useful in case of slips as there are some cliffs with 1500 foot drops which I would not want to slide over. Great news about getting Metoprolol down to 50mg daily.
