vomiting and pain on left side

Last night I walked in the bathroom and looked in the mirror and my left side (extreme left almost same height as my belly button) was, noticeably, pooching out more than my right. I just wanted to let you know that I feel for you and just go to the doctor and get some tests done. Hopefully it will work better for you than it has for me.

I have had so many problems in the last couple months that I really don't know where to start. My latest is a pain in my front upper left side right below my rib cage. It's not constant and it's not a bad pain but just enough to bother me and worry me. I am also having bad lower back pain that comes and goes. I have had changes in bowel movements going back and forth from constipation to loose stools.

then it comes back again with the same pattern and it hurts so much. The pain is random, it can be on my left side or right side of my head. and sometimes it covers the whole area of my head and folowed by nausea. ive already done my blood check. the results is normal. my question is, is it because of my head injuries? its hard for me to believe because it was long time ago and i had no problem or such till recently. need your advice on this.

I'm a 29 year old male and I have been having more of a discomfort than pain in my left side below my ribcage. Occasionally it's a little painful, but it's a dull pain. I'm starting to get a little worried about pancreatitis after some online research. It's been going on and off for years. I used to abuse alcohol, but have been relatively clean for over a year, with a few relapses here and there. Could this be something like pancreatitis or something else?

Well I've been having a sharp pain in my left side along with nausea, sometimes vomiting, fever, and then diarrhea. It comes on very quickly at anytime and usually lasts for about an hour. I've also had blood in my stool. This has been going on for a few years now and the older I get the more concerned I am. It happened the other day and the pain in my side was so bad I couldn't even stand up. The pain is unbearable. I'm only 18 and pretty healthy. What could it be?

It just started one day, around 11am, a throbbing, sharp pain in my left temple, sort of behind the eye, lasted for about 15 min, and went away, and then came again about 2 hrs later, again about 15 min, went away, another few hours, again, etc. This lasted for about a week before I went to my doctor.

Overweight. Not sexually active. I have had pain in my left side for about 4 days. A dull pain, not sharp. I am not constipated, moving things at a regular pace. Pain is to the left of the belly button and occassionally on the far left side above the hip. BP 136/30, had a urinalysis which was normal. A slight tenderness over left hip when touching. No nausea or vomiting. I have had intermittent diarrhea or constipation for years. No fever. Have not had this dull pain before.

Feel like my eye ache then my temple and ear, all on the left side. Seen a eye ear nose throat specialist. Had a cat scan, came back negative.

I'm having pain on my right side, it feels like it is on my rib cage. The pain comes and goes. It was less frequent this morning now it feels like it is happening more and more. Is there a live person I can speak to?

For 1.5 years I've been experiencing pain on my left side...neck, then shoulder, then wrist, and now elbow and shoulder. Family Dr. tells me I probably have arthritis and tennis elbow. I am not athletic and can't think of what I might have done to cause this. However, shortly before all this started, I did get really sick with vomiting and diahhrea for over a week. I suspected food poison.

10 hours ago I began to have what I believe to be gas pains in my stomach b/c of something I'd eaten. However, the pain has moved from across my abdomen to the left side between my rib cage and pelvis. I have no fever, loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting. It is extremely painful to take a deep breath and the pain is sensitive to the touch. There is a noticable pain while walking and moving. It does not feel like a muscle cramp.

I did visit neurologist and he did head cat scan and he told me its normal but still pain is there and its bothring me. someone told me take clonezapam lower dose and it will help. I started 0.25 mg tablet and it helps little bit. please help me because I don't want to be addicted to clonezapam too and its not big help tooo.

My 17 year old daughter has, not every day, but very often a terrible pain (headache on her left side and behind eye... the pressure behind eye is not always there with her left side headache.... she has to stay in bed for a day when she has this.... I don't think it is migraines since the light is not really bothering her.... she is really worried about a tumor? which I am sure it is not.... Unfortunately I don't have insurance what can this be and where does it come from...

I ve trued everything cuttingdown sugar ,stopped gluten,been doing cardio nothing changed dramatically .The pain is dull not severe but sometimes it gets severe and i feel like vomiting .Last night I went to the emergencies here in belgium and they suggested that i should do a fixation of the testicle . And that they can find some small fluid like a tiny hydrocele.Nowdays the pain comes for the left testicle but it goes up to the left abdominal side .

m having shooting pain in neck , left shoulder, left hand and arm (my right side of hand has no pain). The pain start if i move, lift small objects thru my left hand. Doctors visits and exams refers to chiropractic treatment and massages. But, after trying many times they gave temp relif but the pain comes back again. The x-ray looks good. Is it some thing to do with some nerve damage (or) bone wiere out at the shoulder? If so, what exam would identify any nerve waire out?

m comfortable is sleeping either on my stomach or on my side with a pillow under my left ovary. Last month I got worse. I passed out, puked and just straight up couldn't think or stand right. If I got up I had to sit down, it just wasn't good. Last month I was pushing on my ovary before my period started to relieve the pain and after a while it felt like something popped. The ovary didn't feel as large as it did before.

Other symptoms I have are abdominal bloating, painful bowels, sometimes so painful (stabbing sharp pain on left side) I am having cold sweat and feel like vomiting while on toilet, sometimes there's diarrhea, not really often, more normal stool. I need to go and pee quite often, sometimes few times in an hour. Waiting for my urine results and pap smear. Just wondering, is it endometriosis for others so horribly painful too? Or is it something else? Thank you.

The spleen is also on the left side as well as the left kidney. High blood pressure can lead to kidney disease and kidney failure according to webmd.... in the blood testing, did they check your kidney function and determine your GFR (glomerular filtration rate)?

I am on antibiotics and using my inhaler as needed.

I could actually be from your ovary on your other side gettin ready to ovulate and the pain is just radiating to the other side. I would give it some time and if it becomes too severe or unbearable then call your doctors. I think it's really pain due to you still recouping from the TR.

When I did my ivf, I was on gonal-f.I started on a Saturday and by Monday I was telling DB I could feel my ovaries, and the sensation you have described. He thought it was all in my head! But we went for our 1st scan Wed am so I had had 4 injections and I had 24 follicles, 12 on each side! So Im sure your ovaries are just working hard for you :) Good Luck and SSBD!!!

Wat cause the pain to come and go on my left side and there's some swelling.I have had tis for awhile but the pain comes and goes especially when I walk or move around.Iget shortness of breath.As a baby I had bad jaundice,that they kept me in the hospital for awhile.Ive been having this pain since a child.The pain comes and goes at xs is sever pain and at xs it's not as bad.

I usually have no trouble sleeping on either side but last night could absolutely not sleep on my left side, every time I turned to lay on the side I would get severe sharp pains and as soon as I turned again to the right it was fine. This led me to getting about 4 hours of sleep with a very busy day ahead of me.....anyone else have this prob around 23weeks or at all?
