Eat foods made with whole grains such as wheat, oat, and nine grain breads. Avocados, almond and cashew butters are good too. Add beans, fish, chicken or turkey to your daily diet to add lean protein. Meats should be broiled, boiled, steamed or baked and prepared with seasoning instead of breaded.
