t want to take plaquenil just yet. Doctor said to take celebrex and a muscle relaxer. I have been taking 1 mg of xanax for 3 weeks and before that it was about twice a week as needed. I was having such anxiety and sleep issues rhemy said to take it every day. Now 3 weeks later she wants to try the new coctail of celebrex and muscle relaxer. Tried the muscle relaxer the first night seemed to take a little of the night time pain away not much.
Research shows that if you use an opiate pain reliever with Xanax that it will cause the opiate to work better. Xanax will has always been known to make you sleepy so please do not drive while taking it... It knocks me out sometimes, I have have taken a pretty high dose for years and it is still working as well as it always has... helps me sleep.... in fact, nights when I hurt there is not way that I can sleep without it. m not a horse! Anyway have you been taking a lot of Xanax. Be very careful with CT on Xanax because it can be very dangerous. I would like to know how much you were taking of both so I may be able to give you some solid suggestions. I've been clean for 16 months and it is so nice to wake up in the morning instead of coming too. It is so nice to know I don't have to chase pills and worry about running out. Support is so important so give your husband kudos from me.
I think with u already taking xanax and flexeril that u don't need anymore meds. I do think the xanax and flexeril is what is helping u not feel the w/d's so bad. When I got off narcos (I quit a couple times and went right back:-( ) I would get xanax and fleril to get me through it. So from my experience I know for myself that those meds help A lot . How many days has it been since your last dose of pain meds? Did I read last night u took your last dose?
you can not stop taking Xanax suddenly you can have a seizure. Please call your doctor and be honest with him. You are taking a few medications which mean, you need help weaning off. PLEASE call your doctor.

You should be OK on those things but I would not start at the full doses of L-Tyrosine. Build up 500mg at a time and see how you do. You shouldn't need the valium with the Flexeril. Neurontin sometimes has helped with w/ds so that should actually benefit you.
The dosages were upped until reaching norco 10/325. 4 per day. This with Tramadol 300. Within the last year I have had to add flexeril multiple times per day as well as gabapentin multiple times per day. As if this wasnt enough i have severe RLS but the meds made me VERY sick so dr upped my xanax rx to help with sleep because of the RLS.
I first stopped the tramadol, 1 1/2 weeks later I stopped the gabapentin and then a few days later the flexeril.
I wouldn't drink with flexeril in my system.
Been trying to substitute with xanax. I am now 7 weeks and i feel great when i take a xanax... ive heard paxil can cause birth defects... but how safe is my baby while on xanax? I dont take more than 1mg a day...?? Havent been able to get on medicaid yet and contact a dr about my situation. I feel i need the xanax to feel motivated. And the keep my stress level down? Is this ok?
With Flexeril, yes it works but depends on what you taking along with it. For example don't take it with a benzo like xanax. Baclofen is very good. I even read that in higher doses it can be used for addictions like alcohol and maybe heroin. It was in the Wikipedia site for it. Was very i teresting read.
Alcohol and flexeril are both central nervous system suppressants and consuming alcohol while taking flexeril compounds the drowsiness, confused thinking, respiratory suppression of the muscle relaxant. Flexeril/alcohol combos are frequent causes of accidental overdose.
I would avoid the alcohol while taking the flexeril completely. If you already were consuming alcohol, I would skip the flexeril for at least 12 hours or more, depending upon how much alcohol you consumed.
I did not have the classic popping/locking jaw. She gave me naproxen, flexeril, and xanax to hep with the symptoms. The headaches dulled a little but never fully went away. I stopped taking the flexeril after about a week because it was making me feel hungover in the morning. I would take the xanax only occasionally, and the naproxen twice a day.

Hi. I am wanting to quit taking Cyclobenzaprine. I took 20mg a day off and on, like twice a week for 2 years, and then started taking the 20 mg every day for the last 13 years. I've found that taking the lowest dose of Flexeril, 10 mg helps with my fibromyalgia more than any of the meds specifically prescribed. I could not tolerate any of them. Key is, I only take it when I absolutely need it and at bedtime. It relaxes my muscles and helps me sleep. I've been doing this for the last five years. 60 tabs last me nine to twelve months. I want to share with you, B5, Pure Pantethine helps greatly.
