I'm almost 34 and 21 weeks along. I really notice a difference in the fatigue from my first two pregnancies in my 20's. I just try and nap when I can. I try to fit in a bit of exercise to help boost energy levels. There's not much more you can do but give in!

The one thing I've learned lately is that everyone with Crohn's is different, and everyone gets sick from different foods! I can't tell you how many articles I read saying eat a high-fiber diet, and then read another saying to have no fiber. Or articles saying to limit dairy, and then others suggesting the opposite.

Avatar n tn Well they told me not to worry because there are steps i can take to get better.. the first step which is the easiest is to take one 10mg pill of zyrtec once a day.. I know what youre thinking isnt that an allergy medicine?? YUP lol i thought to my self well ill try it but i dought thats going to work im gonna have to go on something stronger.. :( so my OBGYN doctor prescribed me a 30 day supply.. AND IT WORKED... i mean almost instantly i couldnt fricken believe it!

Avatar f tn Looks like your depression is causing lethargy and you want a boost in mood and energy. If Wellbutrin is not doing the trick I suggest a SNRI like Cymbalta or maybe Effexor. Those can also be combined with Wellbutrin to maximize the energy boost. Also if you haven't tried Wellbutrin 300mg maybe this only could gives you energy. Anyway those are all things you can check out with your doctor.
