I get heartburn super bad. During my last pregnancy, Zantac wouldn't work for me. I had to start taking Prilosec. It was awful, but for me, it didn't matter what I ate.

got my hemoglobin back today,,went seen gp doc..the reff range in ohio is 4.0-6.0 i was 7.0 i have to stop all sugars as much as i can,,complex carbs,,lots of protein. i went to the store today,,just stood there wow..i got things though..she said just keep walking my 2 miles aday the bad thing my only 1 kidney is going down.. 1.my gfr is 58.6 for my age reff range 60 or greater 2. creatine 1.3 reff range 0.6-1.2 bun 25... r r 11-20.. on this all i need to know..

Whenever i eat foods including fruit that contain sugar, my immune system weakens subjecting me to sore throat and colds. Ii also break out in hives AND become extremely fatigue ( this is just a small part of what happens to me). I have been tested several times and told that I am not diabetic. when I avoid sugars, i never get sick. I have tried to explain this to my doctors but they don't believe me. I have battled this condition for over 40 years.

just remember to follow up with your dr to see if you can correct this .you will be ok .make sure you eat healthy foods and stay away from sugar.but definitly check with your dr and see what he/she recommends.

I get greek yoghurt and add any fruit I want. Its full of protein so fills you up and its super healthy for you.

May 9, which is way later than I wanted but it was the first weekend we have free before baby comes in June! No theme, but it will be co-ed, I think it's weird to exclude the men, especially family.

The kids are taking this super so far. Having lots of fun actually. THey like being at grandmas house and also love going to my sisters house which is right behind moms so its just a walk across the back yard to get there. I just did the Columbus Ohio walk. I had 40 teammates and raised $2500. Not bad for a small town and considering most of it came from my wonderful church family :) I feel blessed to be able to do it have the wonderful support!

Broccoli contains glucoraphanin which helps activate nrf2. There is a super broccoli ( http://www.superbroccoli.info ) produced by a company called called beneforte which grows a hybrid broccoli that has 2-3 times the amount of glucoraphanin than normal broccoli. Benadryl is safe for me. Allergies tend to be worse during pregnancy. I try to avoid the foods I'm allergic to but it's so hard. This is my second pregnancy and everything is fine. You should talk to your doctor and inform him/her of any other existing conditions you have.

She has ice cold feet, but super hot calves (on both feet), her legs are super sentive and painfull when only slightly touching her. Her legs feel like they are super bloated and tense. Her ankles are really week and feel like her legs are giving out on her. She used to have really high arches in her feet, but now she has flat feet.
