I am overwieght, I would like to lead a vegitarian
lifestyle, but everytime I cut meats out I gain wieght and become tired and super emotional. I supplement with protien in the form of eggs, peanut butter, and legumes but that does not seem to help. Any suggestions, I would really like to stop killing animals for my own purpose, but i would also like to be able to get through a day without loads of caffiene and B supplements in the form of energy drinks too.
