You should eat a well-balanced, healthy diet and avoid
foods that worsen diarrhea and gas symptoms. Eat small amounts of
foods and not heavy three meals a day. Avoid high-fiber foods, fatty, greasy or fried foods and sauces, foods that you know cause you gas, such as beans, spicy food, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, raw fruit juices and citrus fruits and limit dairy products.
