Avatar n tn What I was wondering is, is there some common triggeres for the abdomonal migraine such as foods and things. One thing that I have noticed with my daughters attackes is that when she has had carbs such as patsa and/or dairy the attacks seem to be worse. I was wondering if there really is a corrilation between the two or is it just a coincidence?
Avatar f tn t eat stinky foods like onions, garlic, horseradish, etc. Look up a list of food that causes bad breath and try to avoid them or use them sparingly. Do NOT smoke or drink because it will make your breath a lot worse. Well that's all I have to say. Good Luck and I hope all goes well with your bad breath situation!
Avatar f tn I get heartburn super bad. During my last pregnancy, Zantac wouldn't work for me. I had to start taking Prilosec. It was awful, but for me, it didn't matter what I ate.
Avatar f tn Wrap washing soda crystals in a tea towel and sleep with it around your ankles
14491119 tn?1444320547 If you are on Sovaldi and Ribavirin for 24 weeks, then you are on the correct protocol for Genotype 3. Harvoni has not yet been approved for Gt3s. We are/were hard nuts to crack! I totally agree with the advice on the other thread, concerning the chest weight and the meds. Call him or her and see if you can't get something to help. It is important that you take these pills as prescribed, 12 hours apart, and not miss any. Some things I was advised to do, helped. 1. Drink water!

Avatar f tn just remember to follow up with your dr to see if you can correct this .you will be ok .make sure you eat healthy foods and stay away from sugar.but definitly check with your dr and see what he/she recommends.
Avatar f tn Actually, there are foods that are recommended you don't eat during pregnancy. Like mold ripened cheese, and soft egg yolks. Things that could cause food poisoning severe enough to harm your baby. Chances are they won't, but the recommendations exist for a reason.

Avatar f tn I'm 35 weeks and I'm still having extreme morning sickness. Is anyone else? Or know what causes it? I can't hold down water, milk and most foods. I'm stuck eating plain noodles still.
Avatar n tn Yes, levels of 590 is super high. I am surprised that you are not very ill with it. I would suggest that you take another reading. But before you do, wash your hands thoroughly to make sure that they are clean and that there is no contamination of sugar on your fingers in the event that you picked up anything sugary. Your glucose monitor only shows the amount of glucose in your blood at the time you take your reading.
Avatar m tn Time, time, time.... Your fiancé needs time to heal. 1 year ago my mother had a hemorrhagic stroke that left her paralyzed on the right side, unable to swallow or do anything for herself. Today my mother's weakness on her right side is almost undetectable. she is eating regular foods, and walking around with a walker. The best thing you can do is get involved and learn as much as you can about her specific stroke and what to except.
610738 tn?1263111556 I have tried searching for sucrose free diets as I am only allowed a max of 2% sucrose in any food. Does anyone know where I could find information on what foods I can eat as elimination diet does not seem to be working. Most foods, even natural contain sucrose. One of the main problems is that there is no real information easily found, and diabetic diets all contain sucrose. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find answers? Or does anyone else suffer from the same condition?
Avatar f tn I need some examples of healthy foods please ! So when I go grocery shopping I can pick some up.. I don't eat very bad but I HATE veggies so I need to know some healthy snacks.. I eat bagels and grilled cheese with tomato soup and spaquetti and chili etc...
Avatar m tn Broccoli contains glucoraphanin which helps activate nrf2. There is a super broccoli ( http://www.superbroccoli.info ) produced by a company called called beneforte which grows a hybrid broccoli that has 2-3 times the amount of glucoraphanin than normal broccoli. There's a link on that page that shows which grocery stores carry this broccoli. I have a Whole Foods store down the road that I am going to visit this weekend and try to find some and start eating it often.

Avatar f tn You should eat a well-balanced, healthy diet and avoid foods that worsen diarrhea and gas symptoms. Eat small amounts of foods and not heavy three meals a day. Avoid high-fiber foods, fatty, greasy or fried foods and sauces, foods that you know cause you gas, such as beans, spicy food, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, raw fruit juices and citrus fruits and limit dairy products.
