I have had burning sensation while urinating quite intense for the past week. I have also had burning sensation while passing stool. I constantly need to go to the toilet to both urinated and pass stool. At the moment the whole genitle area is burning during that time. I feel a pain in the shaft of my penis like I need to pee. My lower back and abdomen also have a dull ache. What could this be?
Green stool is sometimes caused because your passing the stool too quickly and its not getting enough time to change color(To the normal brown) spasms will cause stool to move quicker than normal and to come out green. You can have stool move really fast and not be diarrhea.
What you have is very common with IBS-A or also known as spastic colon. An ultrasound will detect if you have any blocked ducts that are creating the green stool, but I bet that will come back negative.
Y am I having all these symptomps now like low fever sometime,headache,vomiting,pin in stomach and mucussy stool pass,anal itching and bit anal burning while passing stool?

When I went there was a lot of gas and about a 1/2 cup of mucus. No stool, just mucus. This happened for a few days of mucus only or mucus and stool combination and eventually tapered off.
Yesterday I had a painful bowel movement with bright red bleeding and I am in a bit of pain like I have hemorrhoids. I have a history of hemorrhoids and painful bowel movements from lack of fiber in my diet or taking iron supplements while pregnant. Now, the mucus is back again.
I would suddenly feel the urge to pass stool associated with pain, but the pain would go away immediately after having passed my stool. The next day I passed loose stools, but not diarrhoea about 4 times (3 at night), some of them being pencil-thin. The following day, I passed a hard stool in the morning, and at night about 5-6 relatively soft stools (not diarrhoea though), the last being with a bit of mucus.

This does seem to become a problem with age but I think you need to drink more water and maybe get on a stool softener to help with passing your stools. Colace and Miralax are two very good ones and they are sold over-the-counter. So long as you're not in any pain or seeing any blood, I don't feel this is anything to worry about. First 2 days it was the normal kind of stomach pain, not too severe. Then I noticed that with antacids or food, the pain would subside. I also had lots of gas and was feeling bloated and crampy. Went to a doctor ytd, she gave me evilin forte suspension, ranitidide and hyoscine butylbromide. That night the pain was severe so I went to a hospital. the dr there told me it was gastric flu, gave me a jab for the pain and gave me some more meds.
the day before i couldnt go to the bathroom, and the morning after i had a really bad pain in my stomach i went to the restroom and while i was in the restroom i was sweating and i felt really cold, then i blacked out. i want to know why did that happened to me ? should i go to the doctor to check ?
My grandma had a bowel obstruction n she said. She was really sick couldn't pass anythin she tell me not to worry but I'm jus wks erin if anyone on here has had this n if u would be in serious pain and know something. I was losing a lot of blood. The blood was mostly on the stool--when I had a stool that is. Later, I just had pure diarrhea. So it was kind of hard to estimate exactly how much blood I was losing, but I figure it was about 1 1/2 to 2 cups a day.
The fact that the blood is not in the stool is a good sign that the problem is closer to the rectum. The fact that there is blood is a bad sign that something is seriously wrong. You need to see a doctor ASAP.
