4 days ago i got severe lower stomach pain that lasted a few hours along with vomiting diarrhea and cold sweats then got so cold i was shaking but since then i have this dull pain in my stomach were my belly button is it actually feels like a rock is in there most of the time if i move it hurts more and it even feels sore to touch that part of my stomach sometimes standing if i stand up to long i feel i will faint does any one know if this is normal ad what could it be :(

Pain in your lower stomach is most likely round ligament pain, completely normal. I also had stomach pain around that time. And getting dizzy when standing up fast is also normal. Your body is producing so much extra blood and hormones that everything is out of whack.

It is not a burning pain, nor is it stabbing, it is more of an aching pain (much like the arthritic pain of joints) however, the pain is intensified when performing any actions as described above. I went to the doctors last night, since I recently had a miscarriage (10/23/10) they ruled out that having any involvement, this morning I had some labs done (not sure what labs and what they are checking for but that's what has been done so far.

Have you taken your BP and pulse laying and then standing? I can have headache surge standing up (migraine)... I have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Has an ENT checked you for inner ear/vestibular problems? Have you been checked for artery blockages/blood vessel weakness? Has anyone checked out your trigeminal nerve? Was your MRI with and without contrast?

I am experiencing severe headaches when standing. The longer I sit, the worse the headache is when I stand. If I stand after sitting for a couple of hours, it is sometimes so severe that it causes vision problems- blurring and "halo's" similar to migraine sufferrers. I also have 3 blulging cervical disks....that are causing tingling and numbness in left arm. Could the headaches be a sympton and be associated with the disk issues?

t noticed anything unusual, but when I am standing my upper right stomach sticks out a bit further than the left side. When I push on it it is kind of hard. All three doctors didn't notice any inflammation of my liver... Any ideas of what it could be? P.S. I have had this OCD thing for the past 2 and a half months where I continuously poke that area :S. Hello, in the past week I have had an onslaught of Pacs, I know that it is because I got them captured at the err room. They started all of a sudden. I get them when standing up, go for a mild walk on treadmill, sleeping on stomach yawning standing in the sun, taking a shower. Almost everything it seems. Once again doctor s are telling me anxiety. I had a stress echo a year and a half ago with good readings. But maybe I have a clog in an artery I'm telling myself now.

I've had this symptom too. It's really annoying. In my case it happened more often after driving for a long time, during stress, etc, but now it's more or less gone. From what I understand, your blood runs down in your abdomen and legs, and the heart speeds up to compensate, but the body (ANS system) consider this increase in heart rate to be "inappropriate" and the vagus nerve kicks in.

For the past 2 weeks I have been having a burning type pain in the middle of my middle to upwards back, almost between shoulder blades but a little lower. WELL.... Well if it hurts more when ur standing up for a long period of time it might be your ligaments ive been having that pain and i asked my doctor and he told me its the stomach ligaments that are stretching do to the baby growing. I mean if ur very worried u should aak your doctor to check it out.
