The fluid build-up, and there could be a lot of fluid, can cause pressure on other internal parts. Can even make breathing uncomfortable.

The skin around is red, some places with whitish, hard on palpation blotches, that later became blue of color. No pain, or itchiness. It is localised, no other places on the body are involved, does not spread or grow. PCP does not have a clue. My mother
is still fighting a flu. Cough congested nose, low grade fever. Last day on Z pack. She has type 2 diabetes, treated with insulin injections and diet. No history of an autoimmune disorders.
on exam the main findings are that there is considerable pain on palpation of both sacral sulci. she appears to have no current muscle spasm. flexion of her lumbar spine reduces her pain and extension of her lumbar spine increases her pain considerably. the worst pain is with extension and left side flexion which causes extremely severe pain. she is hypersentive to palpation of her spine from l5 through to t10. myotomes dermatomes reflexes and slr are nad on left and right.

Sent to gastro who wanted to do endoscopy, but my stomach actually was feeling better, altho pain upon palpation and intermittent abdominal and back pain still present. Went for annual gyno exam last week and w/complaints of heavy menses, abdominal distention and painful interal exam an US was ordered and completed this week. I am now quite distraught and believe that this cyst most likely has been there since at least last spring and I am very worried about ovarian cancer.
Okay so my symptoms on a normal day are:
vomiting, nausea, fainting, dizzy, migraines, constant headache, aching joints, swollen feet hands joints face glands and throat, really bad circulation, difficulty breathing, heart palpation, hot cold sweats, high temperatures, and probably only urinate maybe once a day, severe stomach pains and sharp pains around kidneys, lately i have been passing blood and vomiting blood.
Is it normal to be able to feel your heart beat in your stomach area? It doesn't feel like a bulge or anything like that just a slight heart beat in that area. I am 18 and no people in my family have had a aneurysm. I am kinda skinny but not really skinny and I don't have a genetic disorder ether.
You should apply some local pain relief medications, take some oral pain relief medications, maintain a proper posture throughout the day, try some warm compresses.
You could take some antireflux antinausea medications and see if they help with your symptoms - this could be pain due to reflux or GERD.
Consult your doctor if the symptoms persist and discuss whether you need to get any investigations including a chest xray and ECG done.
I think you are on the right track, get you condition checked by a doctor.
I have read other posts about how a cough helps stop palps.. so that seems to be somewhat normal, given one has palps.
Extreme dizziness, even at rest (?) is problematic and suggest to me a hard lack of oxygen, could be anything form low BP to very poor pump efficiency during palps.
Complex cysts are diagnosed by either mammogram or ultrasound .... this isn't something you can do by palpation. The cysts you have are benign and many women are affected by Fibrocystic Breast Condition ..... this is something that you must accept and deal with .... cysts do not turn into cancer. Regards ....

29 years old in monogamous relationship.
Noticed one day after having sexual intercourse with wife.
No lymphadenopathy, dysuria, or any other symptoms.
Symptoms are nausea, lightheadedness/dizziness, general intense malaise, stomach distention/bloating, RUQ tightness/mild to moderate pain, swollen feeling, extending around RT flank, occasional shakiness with feelings of passing out, occasional shortness of breath/chest tightness. Diffuse pain on LUQ and around flank. Sharp pain on palpation of RUQ. Gurgling sounds from RUQ. Symptoms present with or without food.
What could this be?
