My dog Baylea's stomach has increased in size tremendously. Like she is pregnant. But we know she is not or can not be because she is kept from out male dog. Her breathing is heavy and her gums are whiteish pink. She is still having bowel movements but not large ones. She is 5 years old and is positive for heartworms. What can I do?
I'm 8 weeks and just started vomiting once daily. Today was in the evening, normally in the morning. But when I spat into the bowl there was little bit of red in my spit. I don't remember eating anything red! Normal?
headaches, bleeding gums, constant thirst, vomiting (undigested food), nausea and a pain about 2 inches above my belly button. I have a hiatus hernia (possibly related? the doctor's don't think this is causing my symptoms) and, until last week, was usinga Mirena. I am totally worn out from the stress and of this situation and the effect it is having on my life. I am normally active but now struggle to find the energy to do anything. Please help.
I believe it may be a smell in between my gums maybe or even a tooth but none of my teeth are hurting me its just a smell that just recently started happening. I need to know how to get rid of this horrible taste in my mouth . Is there anything I can do to get rid of this smell? I believe its my gums but i dont kno.
multiple canker sores with sudden onset, following a stomach flu and slight fever, tongue has what looks like a white coating, and bottom left gum behind last moller is swollen as well as jaw pain in same side my daughter is 7 and has been miserable, she is living in yougert, we are looking for some remedies for the canker sores as well as her red and swollen gums in the front where she is getting her front teeth. Her new permanent teeth are very sensitive to everything.
thanks. I seriously have one thing after another. the white tongue is gone.. but then the tip of my tongue hurt.. almost like strawberry tongue which I've had before. Then I had a really bad cough.. Then my jaw started hurting me. now I have a canker sore in my mouth which is making my cheek red and swollen which can't be good. And I have pain in my gums because my wisdom teeth are coming in and I'm getting them out soon.
Hello, thanks so much for your reply, well its hard to say if it was sensative because my gums all on that side at the top were so sore and sensative, that I didnt notice pain in one specific spot, since I saw him and started doing what he said, the pain in the rest of my gums has subsided significantly and now its only localized at that one tooth ....
Seeing a periodontist is advised.
I also have receding and inflamed gums which get worse as my stomach situation deteriorates. Lastly, I have chronic prostatitis, with significant calcification, both an alpha blocker and antibiotics (Cipro, Bactrim, Doxycylcine) for it irritated my intestines. There also seems to be a link between the prostatitis, inflamed gums and GI symptoms, where one aggravates the other. In general I have poor wound healing.
Test results: I possibly have chronic infections/virus, i.e.
I had all of my teeth extracted in the middle of April and saw my dentist last month. He stated my gums were not totally healed but took the first of several more impressions of my gums to keep track of the healing process. Herein lies the problem in the last 4 or 5 days I have had my left upper side of my gums start having an unbearable amount of pain that comes and goes it is like a bad tooth ache except I have no teeth.
10/04/2012 - Crazy facial crawling and flu symptoms. White sore on my upper gums, but swabbed and not herpes. No appetite for days. Sore throat and stomach ache.
10/20/2012 - Genital crawling starts like crazy (almost like ants, or little muscle spasms) all over the genital and leg areas. No flu symptoms at this point.
10/23/2012 - Burning on the tip of the penis. Not painful. Just burning. Crawling and burning. No painful urination.
10/26/2012 - Massive flu like attack.
He applied that cool gel to the crowned tooth and to the teeth in the front and back of the crowned tooth to check the nerves. I felt no pain. Of course the crowned tooth felt no sensation because of the root canal that was done on it. He poked around the ridges and gumline and no breaks or leaks were evident. The dentist said this was a real enigma. The first month the crown was on it felt perfect. I get a quick pulsating pain, and itchy feeling around the crown.
so my four tooth will be taken out in coming months because they will send me the letter.i am still in pain....every day i have tooth infection then i take antibiotics and after fininshing the course again i face the same situation after one week.....so u should definately go...i go to oral surgeon and they said me they will do it in sleeping.and after this ther is also chance of lip numbness...and u as far as i know lip numbness is too much swelling.
Amoxicillan is for infection and will also help your gums. They only reasons for them to be so sore after a cleaning is if they had a lot of plaque build up, and/or the hygienist was very careless. This happened to me and I complained to the dentist. His hygienist told me that the dentist expects her to see a certain amount of patients a day, which forces her to rush and not take the needed time with each patient.
