I know this is rare condition (whatever it may be) and my doctor has referred me to an endocrine specialist. I also have intense stomach pain as well. I want this doctor to take me seriously. Can anyone direct me to what questions to ask or the best way to inform this doctor of my body odor issues and concerns?

I have had hep c for about 6 years and i have noticed in the last two years or so that when i eat certain foods such as avarcardo or raw mushrooms that i get really bad stomache aches. I have been to a doctor about this and have had scans for ulcers which i do not have, liver ultra sounds and thankfully i have not developed any scarring yet and many other test to find out what is causing this pain.

Last Friday I consumed approximately 1/16th of an ounce of hallucinogenic mushrooms (Psilocybe cubensis) for recreational purposes, which resulted in an extremely powerful "bad trip." The problem has been that this chest pain has not ceased since Sunday. Originally my chest pain was located on the left area of my chest by the ribcage and would float around my pectoral area.
On Thursday the 21st I went to my family doctor. I told her the story that I tell you now. She ran an EKG on me, took my pulse, and measured my blood pressure. All was fine. She prescribed me prescription strength Ibuprofen (600 MG) and told me to take this three times a day for the next week.
I am 26 and have NEVER suffered from headaches. For the past two weeks I have been having a spliting headache in the back left side of my head. it travels right above my ear and to the top of my head. Sometimes it travels to the back middle of my head. I tried to monitor when it comes and at first it seemed at its worst when I would eat. I stopped eating whole meals for about 2 days. When I started eating again regularly they came back. Its really weird, I am at a lost.
About 3 months ago I started getting churning and searing pain in my upper stomach with constant extreme hunger pains and increased nausea with loss of appetitie. At this point I was losing sleep from this and was started on carafate by my gi.
2 weeks onto carafate and I started throwing up every few days non stop, nausea was still bad and constant with the addition of waking up feeling full and like my stomach is full of hot liquid. I was also bloating and burping constantly.
so since i cant have anything but clear liquids after midnight tonight(having csection tomorrow) i decided that im going out big.
I have found that getting more exercise helps relieve my back and neck pain and water exercise is the best. Have you tried it? I hear tai chi is good for arthritis, too. And regular exercise should lower your blood pressure. Bonus!
Ask your doctor about other NSAIDS you could try that are less toxic and if physical therapy would help. Some insurance companies will cover the cost of a gym membership that offers Arthritis Foundation classes.

My stomach feels like it wants to growel, but can’t. It seems like the esophagus from the top of my stomach all the way to my throat is feeling full/pressure. The main place that I feel it is at the top of my stomach. It also kind of feels like I am having a hard time getting food down even though there’s no food in me, which makes my esophagus overactive.
I primarily feel it at the top of my stomach, so maybe it’s the sphincter at the top of my stomach that is having issues.
sometimes ill miss taking my pills so ill take it at night. but right now im feel queasy to my stomach not a good feeling. Im more Fustrated then ever. last night me and the boyfriend got back from the club and we went to mc donalds after i asked for FRESH everything we orders and he didnt want pickles and they put it on there i didnt get my mushrooms we made it home to eat and i got so mad i went all the way back and man i was PISSED! im never like that. i usually be like watever.
t stand the sight/smell of it? I used to love pizza and now even thinking of it makes me sick to my stomach!
