I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function.
The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Hello, I've been having back pain and insomnia since my surgery 4 months and was prescribed Percocet. My surgeon told me to see a PCP for more Rx and I did. I went to a family practice with 3 doctors and 1 FNP. Two weeks ago, the FNP prescribe me indocin, benadryl, and retin-a(other). None of these medications helped with my back pain and thurday 12/23 I saw the PCP again.
No here there is no medical reason. As long as I'm in the legal guidelines its OK. Yeah we each have a lot to work on to make this relationship. I don't want to let him go we've been together for almost 3 years and have been through what married couples do. I feel like if we can make it through that we can make it through anything. We have a long way to go b4 our relationship has no issues. I thank you ladies for not being judgmental and harsh or rude. You both make great points.
Not every baby shower has to be big and elaborate, having a small one is just fine! There are easy cheap games to play like ladies have to drop a ping pong ball into a cup using only her thighs. Or my favorite is when a person has a plunger or broomstick Handel between there legs and their partner has a roll of towel between theirs and the first couple to get the Handel into the roll wins(no using hands) it's the funnest if it's an adult shower.
Whatever they were giving her for bladder infection caused her to be sleepless. At 85 years old, she went a week with no sleep at all. After the adhesions were removed at another hospital, she went home. But now she had this awful headache in her forehead, and also, she lost her taster and smeller, and her hearing and vision had both deteriorated, all from this one incident. Now, she is 88, and a CT scan indicates she has brain atrophy. Would the atrophy cause the headache?
With my first pregnancy all I wanted was spicy food, I couldn't get enough. With my second I couldn't Handel it and with this one I can't either.
Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
Have you tried Ambien or Sonata? I take Ambien (have been on it for about 4 years) - some nights it works well and others it's like I've taken a tic tac - but there are nights when nothing short of getting hit over the head with a hammer is going to help me sleep! I used to be on the CR version of the Ambien, until my insurance decided it wasn't going to cover that formula any longer, so now I'm back to the 10mg dose.
As I had posted about a month or so ago I did reveal to my husband that I had a problem. I have been on them for about 4 weeks. I have taken 3 a day for that period and I am trying to wean myself off. I am scared to death... I can feel the anxiety and and depression already starting in.. I dont know if it is because I know what to expect or what. This week I also had another blow to my heart and emotions.. My 17 year old daugher moved out with a 25 year old man...
I do not have trouble maintaining sleep just onset. Usually this occurs 3-4 nights a week and can lay awake for 2-4 hours before falling asleep. This causes me to be extremely tired the next day. I really avoid taking naps and can "power" through the day only to feel wide awake come bed time around 11-12 pm. I usually get up around 6:30 to 7 and keep a pretty regular routine. I have went to the doctor and have gotten sleep counseling and relaxation techniques.
30, 3:30 4:45... Stress, yep. I've slept poorly a long while this time...
The effect of Immovane works 30 minutes, it works great. For me at least. The morning after you have only a few hang-over sensations but they're gone fast. It is at least fair to know that it exists. Many times the reasons for not being able to fall asleep is in not being able to stop the train of thoughts. Sigh.
It is probably the cocktail El Dave! One pill for the pain, one for this and one for that...
5mg. It only lasts 4 hours but it works for me. I was recently given Bromazepam 3mg, but it did nothing.
she doesnt handel life situations very well or being put on the spot, but i see no way to avoid it. i already handel most of lifes tough situations and leave the easy stuff to her , and she doesent even work that out. all in all she is smart kind and careing but she is unmotivated and undisiplined and over all lacks in time management. i have offered her books to read and have suggested a million things but does nothing about it.
My 5 year old stepdaughter has to use a booster seat by law here, my 3 year old is in a toddler car seat and now with the little one due any time we have to figure how to squeeze the base and infant seat into there too. We have a 4-door Hyundai sonata. Short of taking off a door I'm pretty stuck on what the heck to do here. lol. Anybody else found to trick to make it all fit safely???
