It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?
Hello, i have a girlfriend that i have been living with for 5 years now. In the begining everything was great, and in the last year everything has slid down hill. we avoid eachother at times and latly she has lied to me about small things. I dont know why. she says she gets confused when we have indepth conversations that get a little heated.I also want to add that she has an emotional disorder and doesent handel confrontation well. when she does shes all over the map.
My last refill for percocet was 10/19 and 12/09 for ambien and that was my plastic surgeon. My surgeon refused to give me anything else. He told me to find a PCP and I did 12/17 but this FNP isn't addressing my pain/insomnia effectively. On 12/17/10 she wrote me a script for indocin and benadryl. This didn't work so on 12/23/10 she wrote a questionable or I'm not sure who wrote it for sonata, percocet, and dicflonac.
I agree about talking to the doc. You might consider melatonin, though. It's OTC, safe, and works well for some people. I've been using that off-and-on throughout treatment. Go with the lowest OTC dose, though. It's a natural compound and if the body gets too much it just ignores the signal.
Also, talk to your doc about Ambien (lasts roughly 8 hours) vs. Sonata (lasts about 2 hours).
Its official! I can longer handle spicy foods! I went from being constipated for a day or two to running for the bathroom. All because of half of a jalapeno pepper with cream cheese. Holly molly!
The Z sleep meds, (Ambien & Sonata) can be hard to taper off due to their relatively short half life. Talk to your doctor about using a Dr Ashton style taper where you switch to valium & taper off that which should help minimize the side effects you experience.
Your GABA receptors have become tolerant to these drugs & it won't get any better if you continue with them but you should be able to taper very slowly using valium without too much discomfort.

Or my favorite is when a person has a plunger or broomstick Handel between there legs and their partner has a roll of towel between theirs and the first couple to get the Handel into the roll wins(no using hands) it's the funnest if it's an adult shower. If you have games like that nobody will care about decorations (: and there are a lot of catering options, though that gets kind of expensive sometimes. Good luck, try not to stress about it!

I got the flu four days later. My physician actually diagnosed it as the flute. Put me on Tamiflu period last and only 4 days. Then 10 days later I developed what look like hives on the back of one of my legs. Then the other leg. A few days later. This lasted a week. I was concerned about HIV so I got a 13-day Duo test. It came back negative. Then I got swollen armpit glands. And growing glands. They're soft to the touch period and sore. Also somewhat of a rash.
( should i go to another hospital? Or should i handel ma pain eveen more ? Cuz thats what ma bf says to just handel , but he dosent feel the pain i go tru /;

My 8 year old has a horrible habit of sucking on her top lip and licking her lips constantly. We are always makng her wear vaseline on her mouth and about her mouth b/c she has done it for so long it has rubber her skin raw below her nose. I don't know what else to do. I've used lanolin, neosporin, and vaseline.
What is something non-toxic that will keep her from licking her lips?
Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
I was coming back from China to India , in airport bus there was lot of people, driver pushed the break to stop bus, I was holding Handel, someone try to hold same Handel suddenly, and gave me scratch on my thumb with his nails even in second, after a moment I came out from bus and saw is there any blood, at first sight I can't see any blood , next moment I saw blood was coming out from that scratch just one drop, I got worried little , and I pushed my thumb by force and let few drops more
I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
I was in the bus so when I gat up the bus I hit my belly with the seat handel not that hard could of that hurt or harm my baby?

I would be interested to see how it works with other people as well, in place of Carbamazapine and Gabapentin so I have some ammunition when I see my neurologist. I don't think Gabapentin is doing much if anything for me, I am currently taking 2700 mg per day in addition to Carbamazapine.
Yeah I'm thinking about getting an epederul I don't think I could Handel the pain... I had a miscareged at 3 months n it was painfull imagen having a bby omg ...but I knw its worth it..
Have you tried Ambien or Sonata? I take Ambien (have been on it for about 4 years) - some nights it works well and others it's like I've taken a tic tac - but there are nights when nothing short of getting hit over the head with a hammer is going to help me sleep! I used to be on the CR version of the Ambien, until my insurance decided it wasn't going to cover that formula any longer, so now I'm back to the 10mg dose.
