t know about hiv status of my friends and we are five and we play flute one by one in mouth .....and i am so scared about this coz of hiv i don't know someone gums bleeding blood or not any chance for transmit hiv from saliva or not ... i heard hiv virus can't live outside air with in one second ....am i worried or not ..and how many relivable in my three month test ...i am so worried any one get hiv from flute music one by one....please help me ....

It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?
How does someone tell between the difference of someone just wanting attention or if they really do have a problem and are reaching out for help? Should all attention getting be concidered serious? Where doesw one draw the line or do we? These are questions I have been asking myself about others I know and even thinking back to my own self. Any comments?

It all started when one day I played the piano and guitar for several hours. The following morning my wrist hurt and were going numb. I had no swelling. I waited a couple days, then when I thought I was ok I lifted some weights. I realized it wasn't better. School made it impossible for my wrists to recover. I tried playing the piano a week later, but they still hurt. For months I've been trying to let them recover, but they won't.
one night i decided to sit down and play the piano---i played for quite awhile and eventually my wrists started top hurt---but i think that was a carpal tunnel thing, not an arthritis thing.
i worry that my arthritis could eventually get bad enough to affect my piano playing. i have atopic dermatitis and it can make my fingers hurt more than my arthritis does.
i assume that what i have is osteoarthritis, but no one ever has said that for sure.
My last refill for percocet was 10/19 and 12/09 for ambien and that was my plastic surgeon. My surgeon refused to give me anything else. He told me to find a PCP and I did 12/17 but this FNP isn't addressing my pain/insomnia effectively. On 12/17/10 she wrote me a script for indocin and benadryl. This didn't work so on 12/23/10 she wrote a questionable or I'm not sure who wrote it for sonata, percocet, and dicflonac.
I agree about talking to the doc. You might consider melatonin, though. It's OTC, safe, and works well for some people. I've been using that off-and-on throughout treatment. Go with the lowest OTC dose, though. It's a natural compound and if the body gets too much it just ignores the signal.
Also, talk to your doc about Ambien (lasts roughly 8 hours) vs. Sonata (lasts about 2 hours).
currently 42 members on this site have now voiced their displeasure and dislike for this very un friendly and hard to use format.And even more 8 currently have said they will visit much less if at all and 4 have said they are just leaving ...including willing ...who was in my estimation the most knowlegable .and helpful long term member here. His contribution will be extremely difficult to replace if it even ever could be.

I used Dr, Levine, St Francis Hospital. He is one of the best in NY, I traveled a hour and a half to see him and it was well worth it. He was voted one of the best EP in NY.

I'm not thinking only of my own predicament, more in general, if this new contraption really helps expectorate it should be the talk of the town! cartfuls of sticky gooey mucus being one of the most damning aspects of this disease and sometimes during flareups you feel like the buildup is going to choke you... so I was hoping somebody could say whether or not it's worth buying this thing based on first-hand experience.
How are you taking that many at a time and still alive broski? You took 30 of the ambien 10 mg in three days? What's your dosing routine? Do you take them during the day or just at night? Withdrawal from Ambien can be life threatening just like benzos. Your best bet would be to see your doctor and be honest with what is going on here and see about seeking some help with this mess you're in. I take one 10 mg Zolpidem a night and cannot fathom taking more than that.
A monofocal lens does let you see well within a small range of distances, so if you were doing monovision, one eye being set for distance and one eye being set for near, you could set one eye at -1D, 1 diopter myopic, or perhaps 1.25D myopic, and that would likely let you see that sheet music well enough, with -1.5D being better but risking more trouble adapting to the monovision and reduction of stereopsis, 3D visual perception.
