t know about hiv status of my friends and we are five and we play flute one by one in mouth .....and i am so scared about this coz of hiv i don't know someone gums bleeding blood or not any chance for transmit hiv from saliva or not ... i heard hiv virus can't live outside air with in one second ....am i worried or not ..and how many relivable in my three month test ...i am so worried any one get hiv from flute music one by one....please help me ....
It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?
So for lack of a better description I have seriously been a major b lately! I feel do bad after I wig out but I get so fed up so quickly! I feel like I just don't want to be around anyone at all! Its kind of miserable. I flipped out on my honey the other night because he told me he was going to take something down in the kitchen I just looked at him and screamed F! And walked away I went in my room sat on my bed and was like why did I just do that?
I agree about talking to the doc. You might consider melatonin, though. It's OTC, safe, and works well for some people. I've been using that off-and-on throughout treatment. Go with the lowest OTC dose, though. It's a natural compound and if the body gets too much it just ignores the signal.
Also, talk to your doc about Ambien (lasts roughly 8 hours) vs. Sonata (lasts about 2 hours).
The Z sleep meds, (Ambien & Sonata) can be hard to taper off due to their relatively short half life. Talk to your doctor about using a Dr Ashton style taper where you switch to valium & taper off that which should help minimize the side effects you experience.
Your GABA receptors have become tolerant to these drugs & it won't get any better if you continue with them but you should be able to taper very slowly using valium without too much discomfort.

My 8 year old has a horrible habit of sucking on her top lip and licking her lips constantly. We are always makng her wear vaseline on her mouth and about her mouth b/c she has done it for so long it has rubber her skin raw below her nose. I don't know what else to do. I've used lanolin, neosporin, and vaseline.
What is something non-toxic that will keep her from licking her lips?
I have been on several blood pressure medicines, hydrochlorthiazide, vicoprofen, Xanax, motrin 800, for those 13 years. Since my doctor retired I had to find a new doctor in my area of which I did, he left after 1 yr of which he was replaced by a diff. doctor at the office, I stayed there. I also have hypo thyroid disease.

I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.

t think Gabapentin is doing much if anything for me, I am currently taking 2700 mg per day in addition to Carbamazapine. A couple days ago I increased my Carbamazapine as I was getting tired of waiting for Gabapentin to have a noticable effect on the pain. My neurologist is hesitant to prescribe Tileptal (Oxcarbazapine).
I was in the same boat last month. I was taking Menopur and Follistem. I went in for my ultrasound, and my follicles were also small. They increased the dosage of meds, and my follicles really were no bigger. The major problem with me is that the meds impacted my estrogen levels..they were not increasing as they should have. The entire cycle was cancelled. Money..out the window. Ugh!
